Missing the Rainbow Trout Pool

    I completed the event that should have the Rainbow Trout Pool in the mainland animal inventory. but I couldn't find it.

    Please check why this happened and rectify this.

    Please provide your user ID# so we can check your account. If you log in via a browser, you will find it on the wooden frame that surrounds the game screen. If you log in via Standalone client (desktop icon), you will find your ID under Game settings.
