    Well lets see, I purchased them earlier in the evening around...not sure...maybe 4:00 p.m. p.s.t. I noticed they were missing about an hour to an hour and a half later. They are still missing. I purchased them at the same time I purchased the Mekong wonder trees and the super grow, the 24 hour harvest helper, 4X Phoenix wonder stables and the September fest 2015. I am assuming the September fest 2015 is a sticker for the album. I have not gone to see it yet and am now hoping it is actually there. That would pretty much cover the details, and I can't think of anything else to add to this. Thank you for the investigation and I look forward to receiving my trees when I get up tomorrow.

    I would be happy to do that but I can not seem to find a place to contact support! No where do I see the word support so some indepth assistance would be appreciated here.

    Well I contacted support on the 22nd and they responded with a canned e-mail which stated "We will aim to get back to you as soon as possible – in most cases you will be contacted by our support staff within 1 business day – often even faster." I have not heard anything from them at all. This is very frustrating. I should not have to fight this hard to get 6 trees which I purchased. So...on that note any assistance will help here. Thank you.

    Thank you for the confidence you exhibit, however I doubt that I ever hear from them and will be able to receive my missing items. Sad that it can't be taken care of in a timely manner. I will keep you posted....

    Well, my missing trees finally came through. YAY. I have yet to hear from them though. I just happened to notice it. Done here, and thanks for listening.
