My neighbors have not received their free 10 powerfeeds

During the last baby boom event which also had a powerfeed sale October 9, 2015 I had purchased an XL Powerfeed basket with the understanding that for $18.79 usd I would receive 800 powerfeeds and each of my neighbors would be granted another 10 powerfeeds.
I have checked with my neighbors and no one received powerfeeds. I messaged Bigpoint and Chloe stated on Tuesday Oct 13, that there was a glitch and my neighbors would be receiving their powerfeeds within the week. It has been a week now. Where is the powerfeeds and will there be a refund or a bonus code or something? ...I am a regular buyer of the powerfeeds and pretty much plan on refraining from purchasing until this is made right....not fair!

This has been already fixed after the weekend. The missing 10 units of power feed for the purchases of the large package have been successfully booked by a script last week, so all your neighbours have successfully received this - I did not check all of them, I must admit that, but I checked 5 names and the transactions were successful.

If one of your neighbours in particular did not receive the gift, please contact Support with their names and this will be looked into.

Is there anything else I can assist you with?
