Neighbor Thermometer

    Hi, there appears to be an issue with neighbors NOT playing for months at a time but the thermometer still shows full green. I buy packages that give neighbors gifts and it bothers me that the gifts are going to farms not playing anymore. Yes, I could just delete them BUT that does not solve the issue. Example, my brothers farm has not been used for 65 days now because his computer died and he has not replaced it, but yet the "Neighbor Thermometer" shows full green, I hope someone will take the time to look into this problem.     I am not the only one with this problem as other farmers have igmed me with the same issue but did not want to waste their time posting as they felt it would not get fixed!

    Thank you for reporting the problem. It is known, but I can't tell you when it will be fixed. In the meantime, the only solution is the one you have mentioned; that is to delete them from your neighborhood and replace them with active neighbors. We can pass it on again, and until it is fixed, we appreciate your patience.
