No harvest coupon awarded, no BBS earned, no contact form accepted

    I completed the portion of Sept II quest that was to award a 3 hour harvest coupon, but I did not get anything. My harvesters did not work, nor was their any kind of coupon in my inventory.

    Normally I get them, but cannot use them. Today I actually wanted to use it, but it did not come!

    Also, I tried to submit a contact form for this next issue, but it would not accept my code. I tried to enter the code multiple times, tried every variation I could think of (was that really an 8 or a 6?, for example), did this twice, including logging in and out and retrying.

    The reason I wanted to submit the contact from is that I completed the Your survey offer, which was supposed to yield 22 BB. I registered, went through about 15 minutes of answering questions and completing 4 registrations for other sites in the process... and still nothing. I realize that you are not in charge of these companies, but you ARE responsible for whether the BB are awarded or not.

    Hello Woody.

    Harvester coupons don't start until you activate them yourself. To activate a coupon, click on the arrow on the right side of the harvester. There you'll see your coupons and you can decide which one you wish to activate, as shown in the graphc below from the Farm Machinery FAQ.

    As far as the 'survey', are you talking about a Cash for Action offer? If it's a Cash for Action offer, you'll have to contact the company whose offer you did. Many of them do not respond on the weekend. BigPoint has no control over third party offers.

    The contact form I mentioned was a farmerama contact. Your system would not accept it. It would not take the bot prevention code, even after I logged off, cleared my cache, restarted my computer, etc. I tried more than once.

    The survey was a "cash for action" offer. I did not try to contact the company, because there is no easy contact information for them. Although you may not be directly responsible, that you host them on your site here means you are not entirely removed. You are apparently getting some benefit from these companies, and if they are not behaving as they ought, then it IS your responsibility to follow up. A complaint from you certainly will go further than one from the likes of me. I am not saying one complaint warrants such attention, but saying you have "no control" is ludicrous. You DO have control... control over whether you host them, deal with them, give them permission to access your customers.

    I'm sorry to see you're having difficulties. It sounds like your browser may not have the proper permission settings for capchas. You might want to contact Support using a different browser and see if that works. If you don't have access to another browser, you could use a search engine to find out about your browser's settings.

    I would again like to encourage you to contact the Cash for Action sponsor directly to resolve your issue as a first course of action.
