no more Advantage Packs?

    I went to do my monthly fill up and the Advantage pack tab is no longer there. Are they gone now? Have I triggered something that I can't get them anymore?

    Hello FelicityFox, :oops:

    There is already an open issue with the Advantage packs, it looks like players from Canada have been reporting that the advantage packs are missing - could you please confirm if you are in the US or Canada? I will add your user ID to the list of players affected as soon as you confirm this.

    Did you have a subscription ongoing? Was it supposed to be renewed recently?

    I am from the US and they were there a few weeks ago. Now gone. :(

    ps sorry took me so long to get back but had a christmas party to attend!

    I am sorry to hear this, but thank you for confirming it. I will, however, have to ask you to contact Support for this matter, and give them as many details as possible : when did you purchase it the last time, which subscription was it, what payment method did you use, if you purchased it before / cancelled it, the transaction ID from confirmation e-mails, etc. any relevant information. ​

    Is there anything else we could help you with?
