No new password link from Farmerama.com

Hi mods, no need to answer this.

I just want to say for others who might be having the same problem:
I can't access my AniE farm through Bigpoint (support says there are database issues).
When I try go direct through Farmerama.com, I don't get sent a new password link.
I queried this with Bigpoint, and they don't seem to know what the problem is or how to fix it.

If you post on the Forum, we do have to answer your queries. If you do not get the password reset link for trying to regain access to your account, your e-mail address could be blacklisted in our database, however, we are unable to help you with this, so please stick to communicating this issue with Support, as they are the only ones who can help you with this matter .

I hope you can access your account in no time. I have checked your account and I can assure you that it's not lost, but sounds like you cannot access it through the portal at the moment due to the database error preventing the game accounts from being listed. This is just temporarily, the issue returned a few of times in the last months, so please check again from time to time as it might get back to normal - it should get back to normal soon.

Support has already checked if my email address is blacklisted - it's not. They don't seem to know why I don't get the password link.

It's been two days now with no sign of being able to access my AniE farm.

As advised, you will need to continue discussing this with support because there is nothing we can do with these matters.

If there is a game issue I can assist you with on your new farm, please let us know - but for the login problem, keep in touch with Support please .
