No Super Grow?!

I'm very curious (and baffled as to why I've left it so long to inform you,that's obviously my mistake) to know why everytime I've purchased the '150 Barnyard Bills + 10 Super-grow' pack for £4.49 not once have I received the 10 Super-grow?,And I've purchased this pack a lot of times!

No I didn't!
Earlier I purchased with 0 Super-grow and I got the extra Barnyard bills for my credit card use (i always do there) but still 0 Super-grow?! (like yesterday,again!),Explain that!,I mean 'Pray Tell'?,Really prove it!,Valid proof that is,I've never received a message presenting me with any Super-grow from a purchase!?,My usual £'s purchase is the 300 BB's for £8.99 (when a sale is on £8.09) but I haven't received any Super-grow when purchasing the 150 BB's + 10 Super-grow!,Plus you've put today's purchase,I had 0 Super-grow before and 0 after,And by the way I'm not talking just the past month I'm talking years!,Do a lot more digging before you claim I'm mistaken or lying,It's me looking at you askance now,Remember that like you remembered my credit card number!,Think about it!,What have I got to gain from this?,For you it's blatant case of "I'm Alright Jack - " (and well you know the rest!).

Your logs do show that you have been credited with the bonus 10 Super Grow when you purchased the offer of 150 BB. I have created a table that shows your Super Grow usage that corresponds with the date range teddy.bear showed above. No one has claimed you are lying and we respectfully request you are as polite and considerate as we have been. Just the past 2 weeks logs have over 200 lines of data so it will not be possible to research years. As you can see from the data below, you were credited with the 10 bonus Super Grow but used them soon after.

You can check your SG balance before and after a purchase and if it has not been added, you may need to refresh your browser. I will encourage you should you have any further concerns with future purchases, you let us know and we can check immediately to be sure your account has been credited.

Yes you may,That explains nothing!,Well it explains my use of Super-grow which I buy with the Barnyard Bills that I use real ££'s for and get from Crates,Etc,And again it says '150 Barnyard Bills + 10 Super-grow' prove I got the Super-grow!,Look at just this past months (which is actually a lot longer) look at it,When I've purchased this I've spent it straight away on Super-grow,I mean prove it!,Show me proof I know you can't!,It's just your word against mine!
BUT if you look over this entire Thread never once have I asked for a return of £££'s or the stolen Super-grow (God forbid you giving back you just take peoples money),So I'll type once again,What have I got to gain here?
And don't accuse me of being not being polite,There's nothing in my typings to suggest the contrary.

 

The logs show what you had before and after purchasing the Packs.You need to refresh your Farm after purchasing the pack for your Super-grow amount to change in the Supply tower. You can contact Support if you do not belive the logs are correct, so they can check your logs further.

Of course I've refreshed my page when something is missing and it doesn't show up,That's kind of common knowledge for a long time player like myself whenever any one of your glitches happen,Also if this could be a common occurrence surely this should be made clear to the customer before they spend their money,It helps the customer which in turn helps you out.
And just because it says '150 Barnyard Bills + 10 Super-grow' (with for some reason the Super-grow never being mentioned in the product details!?) doesn't mean I got them!,You're just posting logs with product/item names,I started this Thread asking for nothing I just wanted it to be brought up as I cannot be the only person that this has happened to,The above chart shows a mistake as no 10 Super-grow was given,And I bought the pack in question just yesterday and refreshed my page to make sure before posting this,No Super-grow,As for the refreshing the page remember to inform customers about this on the purchase page as we are talking peoples hard earned money here,I think that's the least you can do and it's what you should do,Also mention the Super-grow in the product details I can't understand why you haven't?,I mean why wouldn't you explain the full offer?

I"m sorry you don't feel the information provided is satisfactory. We have examined your logs which indicate you did receive the Super grow. You can see the additions and subtractions of each Super Grow transaction and see that the balance did increase by 10 each purchase of 150 BB. There is nothing else we can do here in the forum, so if you need further assistance, please contact Support.

I did search your account for Dog Fountain, but I was unable to locate it. I'm not able to see the logs from the time it was awarded. You would have needed to log in 21 days of the month to have been able to receive the item. You will need to contact Support so they can investigate further.

You claim that you began this thread to raise awareness of the issue of Super Grow not being credited when purchasing 150 BB. I can only relate that should any other player feel they too have not received their bonus Super Grow that they create their own thread with game ID so we can check their logs.

If you have any other questions that we can assist with, please create a new thread. For now, as this issue cannot be advanced any further in the forum and OP advised to contact Support, this thread will be closed.
