    If within the 24 hours 60,000EP is not achieved, only partial let's say 40,000EP can I continue on with the other steps? Or this is it?
    The event would finish there and then for me?!o_O

    If you do not get the required EP needed, you will get the partial rewards for what EP you have managed to donate when the 24 hrs is up. You then move onto step 2.
