    Hello, when friends send requests, they can't send on my behalf. A different account appears. Can you help me?

    Do you mean that when friends send you a Neighbour request, you do not get them? It is possible they are going to an inactive account with the same user-name.

    If that is the case, please contact Support so they can assist you with this matter.
