    Hello,
    I believe I just purchased the Production assistant on this farm for one month but it did not unlock the extra slot. It happened on this account and my other farm,

    Juniorama ID: 9092580 // Mamarama2010 ID: 9101372

    Hopefully you can tell me what I did wrong. Thanks so much!

    UPDATE: I just was able to purchase the Production assistant for 48 hr for 5 bb's but I have already lost $4 as it did take the money off my card for the month.

    On the top right hand of your game frame, click on the ?! button which will open a submenu, then click the ! button to open the Support form. Select Payment problem and complete the form.
