Random Logging out...

    When I am viewing my friends or writing a new message, it randomly logs out of the game. It is annoying if I am in the middle of a message.

    I'm sorry you are having problems with log outs. Please be advised that if you are logged in for an extended period of time (approximately 12 hours) you can be logged out. Please also be aware that if certain game/event issues need a fix, everyone can be logged out while it is applied in the system. You may see the syncs prior to an event going live.

    At this time, there are no reports to the game's stability and so we do not know the specifics regarding your situation. We can suggest trying a different browser to see if that helps.
