Request to clear my cache

    Can you please clear my cache as I am having issues with sluggishness and freezing up while playing, thank you.

    If this doesn't work, is there anything else I can do to help improve this situation?

    An example of an issue: I am unable to make a sale at the market place. I can access the market but cannot make an offer.

    Please clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your computer and then log in to the game. You can also try another browser to see if you have improved game play.

    If you still have problems, please post in Technical Issues and a mod can clear your cache.

    Here are instructions for the different browsers on clearing your browser's history data.

    All user server caches were cleared this morning, so hopefully you have seen improvement.

    I cleared my browser's history data (for Edge), restarted my computer, but my game play is still very jumpy and slow.

    I tried Firefox and it was smoother. I might start using this, fingers crossed things will remain ok there.

    Do you know if Edge has issues? I have been using it for a long time and never had problems until a few months ago.

    I do not know of any problems with Edge. I do not use that browser, so cannot rate it's performance. If Firefox runs more smoothly, you may consider using that browser in future.
