General Information

*Where do the Reward Crates come from?

You can receive the Crates when harvesting some of your Cloud Rows and Decorative items that reward a Crate.​

*Where do I find the Reward Crates?

The Reward Crates can be found in your Decorative Inventory under the "Consumable item" tab.​

*How do I open the Reward Crates?

Click on the "Use" button of the Crate type you wish to collect.

You will receive a pop up allowing you to choose how many crates you wish to open at a time.

You will then receive a pop up informing you of your rewards.
​

​

Once opened, all the items go to the relevant section of your Barn Inventory.

*Note: For crates that reward free spins, you will see how many free spins you currently have available shown at the top:

Any spins won over the 99 maximum that you can hold, will be lost, so you may want to use your free spins before opening any crates, or only open a few at a time.​
