sea pony feed lost

    I just lost over 1.3 milion dollars. I purchased 5 sets of sea pony feed at 289000 for 10. None of it has been registered on game, so I still have zero sea pony feed but the money was deducted and the sale transaction shown on the sale screen- no feed in the pen. What do I do ?

    You can try refreshing your Farm to see if the feed shows up. If not, please post your user ID# so we can check your account.

    If you are playing on a browser, it is at the bottom of your Game Frame next to your username. If you are playing on the Standalone Client, click on the "gears" at the top right of your game, then choose Game Settings and it is at the top right of that layer.
