Soccer ball went in wrong net

Hello lovely mods. I was just kicking my soccer ball around a bit on the 3rd playing field, and made a goal shot with my player. The shot was an easy angle into the far right hand net for 9 star coins. However, instead of going into that net, it somehow went into the far left net, giving only 7 coins. That shot, from the angle my player was at, would have been almost impossible, due to multiple moving opponents, even if I had been aiming there, which I was not. I am also having difficulty with making goal shots overall, in that I'll take my shot, the ball will go towards the net, then just disappears. In its place is an hourglass icon. I have to then refresh the game and reenter the soccer field to take the shot again. There also seems to be a bit of a lag problem, with the game freezing for seconds at a time, then resuming, then freezing, etc. I've done the usual - clear cache, toss cookies, and so on - but it's a continuing problem (I'm playing on Chrome). If you could look into these issues and/or pass them on to tech, I'd appreciate it. I'd also be grateful if I could get the 2 extra star coins I should have gotten, as the ball was acting on its own and did not go into the net it was kicked into. We cannot check what goal you were aiming for. The Game is running smoothly, so can you make sure you have cleared your Flash cache as well as your browser cache. Can you provide a screenshot of the Game troubles?
If you experience the same, you can contact Support to see if they can assist you with this matter.
