FAQ "Stocking Stuffing" Christmas Preparation Event

* From what level can we participate in this event?

From level 3 - 39.

* How can I access the event?

The event can be accessed through the news layer, event timer and the event building:​

* What is special about this event?

​

• There will be a special event crop:

Ribbon Tulip

Time: 5 hours
EP (2x2): 140
plantable on the 3 main lands (main, meadow and glade) and the 3 tropical lands (bahamarama, rainforest and crystal falls)
​

Every player will get 10 seeds of the event crop at the beginning of the event. If you drop under 5 plants the system will check every 5 hours and replenish up to 5 seeds.​

• There will be a special event drop:

Gift Box

You will get these drops while harvesting your main lands: (main farm, meadow, glade) and tropical lands (bahamarama,rainforest and crystal falls)
from trees, crops, stables and workshops

* How can I get more drop items?

• They can be gifted to/from neighbours and friends. You can send 5 (or 7 with rune) free gifts, and you can receive up to 20 gifts per day. After the free gifts, you can send more gifts for the same price as 1 item in the shopping center.
• You can buy Gift Boxes in bulk in the Shopping Center (see below)
• You can get some in the event baskets.
• If you have a Magic tree it will give 1 x Gift Box per harvest during this event.

* Is there anything else I should know?

Yes! Grow the event crop and collect drops to make presents and help fill the stockings.
​

All you have to do is click on the plus sign on each of the pile of boxes you wish to work on and start delivering goods. You can work on each pile simultaneously.​

Each pile of gifts for each character's stocking has 3 tasks to be completed, in order. Once you finish one, the next task becomes available.
You need to choose the wrapping and the gift for each Gift Box. The requirements and rewards will also change depending on the choices selected.

Please note that donated resources will not be refunded if you do not finish a certain stage.
You can donate the whole amount requested by the quest or partially donate the resources you have available, until you finish the mission. Therefore, please make sure that you have enough resources to finish the mission before you donate, or you will lose the partially donated resources.​

* Can I pay with BBs to work my way through the challenges?

Yes. Next to the deliver button on each step you will see a blue "Finish now" button, and the amount of BBs you need to pay for that particular step:

If you click on it, you will be asked to confirm that you do effectively want to spend these BBs to pay for this challenge. Amounts will vary from player to player depending on the user's level and the animal requested.

* What will happen with the left over event items after the event?

After the event:
- Each Ribbon Tulip will be exchanged for 3 EP + 4 CC + 3 TEP;
- Each Gift Box will be exchanged for 15 EP + 20 CC + 15 TEP.​
