    I just reset the Horus product request. I had 4 sundials, it asked for 2, and now I have 1. This happened yesterday too but I thought I just did not pay close enough attention.

    Hello puppiesnponies, :oops:

    Sadly all I can see that you did reset the step 10 minutes before your post, and that you have used Sundials since you have not been charged BBs, but we cannot see in the logs how many sundials have you used. Please contact Support for the missing sundial or the equivalent EP / CC :( I am sorry I cannot help you with this.

    Is there anything else I could assist you with?
