FAQ The Nighthogs

Reminder! All the info in this FAQ was correct at the time of testing. Some info could get changed when going LIVE, the FAQ will be updated as soon as possible with correct information, so thank you for your patience and understanding, and don't forget to refresh every now and then to check for updated info (particularly translation of names).

• There will be 4 special event crops:

False Bills Weed

Time: 5 hours and 30 minutes
Gives (2x2): 220 TEP
Plantable on the Bahamarama Plantation only!

Six-string Shrubbery

Time: 8 hours and 45 minutes
Gives (2x2): 352 EP
Plantable on the Main Field only!

Film Roll Flower

Time: 8 hours and 45 minutes
Gives (2x2): 352 TEP
Plantable on the Bahamarama Plantation only!

Salt Flower

Time: 5 hours and 30 minutes
Gives (2x2): 220 EP
Plantable on the Main Field only!

Every player will get 5 seeds of each event crop at the beginning of the event. If you drop under 5 plants the system will check every 5 hours and replenish up to 5 seeds.​

• There will be a special event item:

Rainbow EP Booster

You can purchase them with 15 BBs each, through the event layer.

You can use 1 Rainbow EP Booster for every character, for every level, to make your donations more valuable with 1 step - but they are optional (more details about how they work can be found below).

* Is there anything else I should know?

Yes! This is how the event window looks like :

You will have to deliver goods to every character to level them up. Every character: Borsty, Elvus Speckley, Bridget Boardot and Porky Chubbs - can be leveled up to 12. For each level up, you will collect rewards, but additionally, for reaching milestones on leveling them up you can get more rewards (details can be found in the charts below). Please note that after each character is leveled up, it will need to rest, so you will have to alternate animals throughout the event.

The progress bar from one level to the next one can be seen at the bottom of each character:

Underneath you can see which goods you can deliver for leveling up the character. Each level has 3 certain requirements in pre-determined amounts. You can choose to donate any of these 3 required goods, you can choose to donate only one of them multiple times, or a combination of all of them - as you prefer. To donate, you must click on the button with the requirement's icon:

Careful! Two of the requirements will help you advance 2 steps in the progress bar, and one of them helps you advance 3 steps! Placing your mouse over the requirement will highlight the steps you will advance in the progress bar.

Also, you can make your treats more valuable by giving the characters their favorite Rainbow EP Booster!
​

You can use 1 Rainbow EP Booster per level, each of them cost 10 BBs, and every donation will bring you +1 step ! Make sure you use the Rainbow EP Booster before donating anything to every level, to maximize their effect!

After using the Rainbow EP Booster, two of the requirements will help you advance 3 steps, while the third one will help you advance 4 steps.

The Rainbow EP Boosters are optional however, and you can choose to donate goods worth 2 or 3 event steps without using them to increase the value to 3 and 4 event steps.

The Rainbow EP Boosters are optional, you do not have to use them.​

Note: If 3 animals are fully leveled up and the last animal has several steps to finish, you will be able to donate again after each step to fully upgrade the last animal, there will be no resting period.​

* What will happen with the leftover event goods?

The leftover event goods will be exchanged to EP and CC after the end of this event:

• 1 False Bills Weed = 4 CC + 5 TEP;
• 1 Six-string Shrubbery = 8 EP + 5 CC;
  
• 1 Film Roll Flower = 4 CC + 5 TEP;
• 1 Salt Flower = 8 EP + 5 CC;
• 1 Rainbow EP Booster = 144 CC.

Due to strong Player feedback GD did the following changes to the friendship event:

• Made the timers of all plants longer
  • No changes to restbooking
• Changed the requested plants for the favorite segment of Elvus Speckley and Porky Chubbs
• Changed the requested amounts of ALL event plant requests

FAQ will be updated as soon as possible

 

Borsty's requirements have changed for Level 9: all options will request 30 Cheese
Borsty's requirements have changed for Level 11: third option (favorite) will request 50 Cheese
Elvus Speckley's requirements have changed for Level 11: 2nd option will request 50 Turmerics
