Updating credit card information

    8) I've tried every way I can find to simply update my credit card information. The support form is way too limited and does not allow for such a simple request. And I get the same inadequate suppot form whichever way I use to try to update. Is there some other route that I'm missing?
    Please tell me how to do this simple procedure....so that you may EARN MORE MONEY ON BB's!!

    Hello farmlily3 :)

    The only way to update your credit card information is by going to the Farmerama Bank in the city, then to the Status & Cancellation page from the big upper right green button, then Delete all your personal payment data from this page. Then, on your next purchase, you can enter and save your new banking details. This however means that the 5% / 10% bonus will not be added to your first transaction, only the upcoming ones.

    I hope this helps, and I am sorry there isn't another easier way to do it. Is there anything else I can assist you with ?

    8) Yes, thank you, Teddy, for your help!! I really hope they update their support function!


    Edit: I have gone to the bank numerous times; logged out and in several times....and still no big green button - only a 'buy now' scale for purchases.

    I can find no big green button. Guess I still need your help?!

    When you are in the bank, if you click on the "shop" tab, that will bring up a payment page and you will see the "status & cancellation" tab. Then you will see the "delete" banking details link.

    Can I assist you further?

    8) When I pull up status and cancellation, the "delete" also says it will delete running packages. Since I have three of them - and do NOT want to delete them - how do I just simply update the expiration date on one credit card???
    PLEASE help....as it has already made me miss the BB sale!!

    When you got to checkout, can you click the "pay with credit card" option to insert a new card number?

    Can I assist you further?

    The details saved for renewing the packages are the ones from your old card, so the renewal will not be possible.
    If you delete them, you will not cancel or stop the running subscriptions, just their renewal. They will all be active for as long as they were paid for.

    All that is needed is a more complete explanation of what is going to be deleted as far as the running subscriptions are concerned!
    Your simple explanation was/is just what is needed!
