Upgrades for Balloon Factory are not available from the Pet Playground

    Just a heads up for the game team:

    Purchased an upgrade with star coins to add to the new balloon factory. As it was already upgraded enough to place on the pet playground, I had done so. The new upgrade was not visible to place on the balloon factory while on the pet playground. It is visible to place if the giver is on any other field.
