Reminder! All the info in this FAQ was correct at the time of testing. * How can I access the event?

You can access the event through the news page, event timer or the event building:​

* What is special about this event?

​

• There will be a special event crop:

Holly

Time: 8 hours
Gives (2x2): 320 EP
Plantable on the Main field only!
​

Every player will get 10 seeds at the beginning of the event. If you drop under 5 plants the system will check every 5 hours and replenish up to 5 seeds.
​

• There will be a special drop:

Ugly Winter Sweater

You will get these drops when harvesting your main field and green meadow from crops and trees only.
​

• There will be a special Event item:

Flameless Candle

These can be obtained by playing the 2 mini-games:​

• 2 from Jolly Jigsaw progression
• 2 from Yule Yarn event shop

​

* How can I get more drops?

• They can be gifted to/from neighbours and friends, for free as long as it is one of you 5-7 free daily gifts, or for BB's each after. You can receive up to 20 gifts per day.
• You can buy drops in bulk from the Shopping Centre (see below)
• You can get some in the event baskets.
• If you have a Magic tree, it will reward 1 x Ugly Winter Sweater during this event.

* Is there anything else I should know?

Yes! You need to grow the event crops and collect the event drops to donate to the Christmas Tree to win some special rewards.

To complete tasks you will have to click on the green plus button for each step.​

Yule Yarn​

​

• There will be two special event items:

Ornament Box

You can get these when collecting the Crate O' Ornament Boxes from the auto production tiles.
You can get some in the Event baskets and the Event Shop.
You can win some when harvesting the Colorful Chaos (+) deco item.

These are needed to play the ornament sorting mini-game.

Festive Fir Timer

You will get these drops when harvesting your trees on the Main field and Green Meadow only!
You can buy some from the shop.
You can get some in the event baskets.

These are used to extend the timer on the mini-game.

• There will be a sorting mini-game. Earn Star coins to spend in the event shop.

* Is there anything else I should know?

Yes! You need to obtain the Ornament Boxes to play the Sorting mini-game.

1) Earn Special rewards for finishing the mini-game in the allocated time.​

This is how the event place looks like:

Clicking on the Ornament Box will start the mini game. Each Game needs 1 Ornament Box to start.
​

*How to play the sorting mini-game:

You click on the arrows above the basket/on the basket to lift an ornament to the top of the selected box.
You then click on the arrow of the basket you would like to move it to.​

​

Here is how the mini-game works:

• You can use the "undo move" tab to undo a move. You have a limit of 8 undo moves per game.
• You can use Festive Fir Timers to extend the time.
• Each game needs to be completed in a certain amount of time to earn a bonus reward.

Each Level Completion reward can only be rewarded once per level.

Each Mini-Game level played earns you 25 Star coins. Exiting a mini-game earns you 15 consolation Star coins.

You can get the consolation amount every time you exit/fail to finish a level until you successfully complete it in time, after that replaying the minigame Level won't reward anything.​

Skateboard Mayhem (+)

Gives: 20000 EP / TEP, 2 x Power-feed (during event it rewards 3 x Bowls of Cookies instead of Power-feed)
Time: 20 hours
Size: 1x2
can be placed on the 3 main and 3 tropical lands, park, the lighthouse, sunflower hill, shipwreck bay, castaway coast, pet playground, cloudrow.

Skateboard Mayhem (+) is a limited Charge item. It has 24 charges only.

*Note: It will be deleted if removed from the field (even if there are charges left) however, it will be replaced with a copy of the giver item, but it will hand out 2200 EP/TEP x Farm/Baha level only, every 20 hours!

Jolly Jigsaw​

  You can win some when harvesting the Colorful Chaos (+) deco item.

* Is there anything else I should know?

Collect Bowl of Cookies to play each jigsaw puzzle to win special rewards.

​

There are 11 puzzles that need to be completed. You start at the bottom row on puzzle 11.
From there, you can choose any jigsaw puzzle that is shown by the connected arrows.

Each completed jigsaw puzzle rewards a special reward, but each jigsaw puzzle can only be completed once.

Click and hold a piece to drag it onto the board. Puzzle pieces can be rotated by pressing on the rotate arrow.

If placed correctly on the board, puzzle pieces snap into place and can no longer be moved or rotated.

Each puzzle piece exchanged from Bowls of Cookies, adds to the Progress Bar to win the Event rewards.
