What happened to the beanstalk?

I bought the beanstalk for the sail event in the shop. I even harvested the beanstalk row. Now the bean stalk has been deleted and takes me to the store to buy it again. I can't buy it again, and shouldn't have too. I was spending the additional coins on little stuff.

I spent real money on the event. Please do what is necessary to give me the beanstalk row back.

You have not bought the event Cloudrow. You probably placed the deco items on the Cloudrow during the glitch, where items were placeable without having bought the row. This has been corrected by a script and any items placed on the Cloudrow without being purchased were removed, and are no longer placeable.

I not only bought it, I harvested it. There was a problem after I bought it and the coins kept changing the amount. The coins went up and down repeatedly debiting the amount then looked as if I didn't buy it. However, since the beanstalk was active and I had harvested it I didn't think it was a problem. If it put the coins back in, which it did, and I unwittedly spent them, that was not my fault.

 

You may have been able to harvest the row due to the event glitch, but as you can see in the Event Shop, you did not purchase the row:

This also reflects the amount of Gear Coins you earned/spent in the logs posted above. You are welcome to contact Support to see if anything can purchased in the Event Shop can be reversed.

I had over 400 coins at one time and still did not give me the option of purchasing it again because I had already purchased it. I saw the glitch and wondered if it was going to cause me problems and sadly it did. I purchased the beanstalk, it gave me no option to buy it again, yet then coins were above 400. If the purchase did not go through, the option to purchase the beanstalk should have been there, and it was not.

I'm telling you there was a glitch. You seem to be disputing that there was any glitch.

I am inferring you are not willing to give me any option to resolve the dispute in a way that would be satisfying to me.

 

As explained, the glitch in the Game, was with the placing of items on the row without it being bought from the Shop. I can only show that your logs do not show the Row was purchased. I cannot resolve any glitches experienced by this, which is why you were advised to contact Support.

What you described I noticed as well, but that was not the glitch.
I bought the bean stalk at a time when I had over 400 coins. The number of coins decreased and I had the bean stalk and used it. Afterwards the number of coins went back up to 400 coins as if I had not bought the bean stalk. However, at this time I was not given the option by the store to buy the beanstalk even though I had too many coins relative to what I should have had in the store.

The very first purchase I made was the bean stalk row. This is because I had 2 other farms where I could buy giver items that were necessary to go on the beanstalk row and if necessary I could later gift those to myself.

I haven't been able to replicate the glitch you describe of having sufficient gear coins but not being able to purchase the cloud row. As shown above from the event logs, it appears you haven't bought it yet. When you have enough gear coins to purchase the cloud row, if you are unable to buy it, please let us know and we can see what is going on with the account.

I would suggest you clear your browser and flash cache and cookies just in case you are having a display issue when you have enough coins to make the purchase.

You may also wish to contact Support as we cannot resolve the glitch you describe.

That's acceptable to me. I assume this glitch won't come back, but the damage is done. I'll be back in touch if I am unable to get enough coins to buy the beanstalk.
