Why can't I challenge my email?

    I've tried to change it, I just don't get a message from it to the current one! It closes on Wednesday.

    In order to change your email online, you must have access to your old email address where the confirmation is sent to. You may also need to check your spam messages to check it has not been marked as spam.
    If you no longer have access to your old email, you will need to contact Support for further assistance.
