Coral Reef rumours?

Hi, it has been long time since there were neither official announcements nor any rumours about initially pompously announced Coral Reef. In February Producers letter it was announced it will be launched in the near future.

I think most of us expected that this new feature will be introduced during summertime, and there are still no news about it. Anybody heard anything about it, are there any chance that it will be introduced in the real near future?

I guess it depends on your definition of "near future", lol.

 

I have given up hoping/wishing for the coral reef. When or "if" it is released, I will enjoy it then. Now, I just don't want to think about it!
I do think the game developers or producers.... released pics and teasers about the reef much too early. So we all got very excited about it....and then problems surfaced which set back it's release.

 

I only have one thought when it comes to the coral reef: I'll believe it when I see it.

 

I believe Brookham has summed up the situation nicely regarding the coral reef. Like real reefs, I believe this game's version is a sensitive ecosystem that has been endangered by too many unexpected variables.

 

The Coral Reef. I want one I'll just keep wishing and hoping that it will arrive one day.

I know rotten tomatoes are commin' my way...but I am a bit happy they be holdin' off, I am just getting my feets steady on the island so right now the pain the programers are going threw and the graphic card refusals, and all the code that doesn't want to get in a line is sort of good for me right now as much as I would look forward to a realm under the sea and glad it's coming, I need time that bay needs opening am right there, just a bit more, I got new animals there I need numbers up, and hope I can get and keep 100 GB for the opening of this new world.
My only thoughts are if shipwreck bay needed quests that needs huge amounts crops to get in what will the sea need to feed?
The temple took the GB, but the quest still needed feeding.........All I can hear is feed me Seymour, feed me! <little shop of horrors musical reference age thing>

 

Like many I am trying not to think of the Coral Reef but I am not having much success. I still have two of the new trees to unlock and I don't want to use the GB because it could come at any moment. So it's a constant reminder The teasers were definitely way too early. I guess I will just have to sit on my itchy fingers til we hear something.

Does anybody have more than pure speculation that we will need primarily Baha stuff/Golden Bananas to open the coral reef? That is, I know there is nothing official, but what are folks' reasons for thinking it will need GB?

 

Of course things might have changed since February...

does anyone think we will actually get a coral reef, they have been promising it for that long now and still nothing

 

speedy - I can't find any rumors(recent) about it....so it's probably not happening soon anyway. I'm going to enjoy the rain forest...and stop looking forward to the reef. Otherwise I get frustrated beyond belief!

Maybe some of our clever rumor sleuths can find something?

 

I think rain forest is an appeasement for delayed reef. I like rain forest. At last enough space for baha crops

 

Maybe it was supposed to be an April Fool's joke and we all missed it????
