It Lovely to Have a Cat Themed Event as I am too a Cat Lover. I Just love those Cats Appearing on our fields love the Animation of Them !!! Plus Love The Cat Graphics too.

It is Nice to have an Event which give us a Chance to Complete for a Bigger Better Prize as as it is fun and Challenging to try Grow as many Osier as Possible this is not a Problem for me as got the Harvester Running.

I am one of those Farmers who can Complete in Top 1000 without using BB as I have Huge Stock of Super grow that i been hoarding from Previous Events and Quests...Always use my Supergrow Effectively too.

I Manged to Make of Shortfall of Balls of Yarn need to make Cat Teasers by using Supergrow. I have got Back CC spend on manure and CAC and PPP used in the Buffs I now got surplus of these.

I am not a Big Spender but managed to complete Cat Chaos and Top 1000 The Reason.... my Hoarding Pays off and my Strategy to Complete Quests that gives Extra that Helps Certain Kind of Events like these

I am Surprised that Top 1000 had come Early, But this Event is not depleting our Barn Stocks. But to Many farmers it does Drain Resources of Super Grow, Suzy Super Grow, BB, CC and RL Money

On the Other hand Pleasing Cats with Cat Teasers does give us nice rewards when we are lucky

It Hard to Tell if BigPoint is still going ahead with Harvest Festival Top 1000 later this year or it just going to be only this one we have to wait and see

I am happy to get a decent amount of Draco wonder Stables amd some Rhine Wonder Trees, It would have been nice if Osier Had a lesser Growing time as Manure is too costly for this Event far to Many are needed to fill 771 Fields per Harvest !!!

I agree, a little shorter growing time for osier would have been helpful, but the rewards are decent. I have had a couple of Draco's and a Rhine so I am not complaining apart from the fact that manure is very expensive at this time.

    Pros:
    1. Nice kitty animations and a fun game for the main event!
    2. While some may not be thrilled with the large amounts of EP and CC prizes being won, these prizes benefit all levels of farmers and are much preferred to being showered with gifts of turbo mulch.
    3. Harvester coupons seem to be won regularly, and that is a great plus for most farmers. Thank you!
    4. The awards of CAC, Valentine pot and Pinkie pie, PF and SG are appreciated and especially good for newer farmers.
    5. The main event is well timed for most farmers to complete without stress.
    Cons:
    1. I agree with what others have said about the pay to win aspect of the Top 1000 part of the event. Would be more of a real "top farmer" event with less baskets up for purchase and more stress on skill of farming.
    2. Cloud rows should always be won last!
    3. 5 seeds to start is paltry and not in line with other events using only one event crop.
    4. If turbo mulch is going to be a "prize" more than 1 should be given per prize.
I have enjoyed this event and the kitty gifts very much!

I love this event. xDxDI'm now just planting 2 rounds of event crops during the day and red cabbage and Ginger through the night.
So far some nice gifts, 6 CAC 5 Wonder trees, 2 Wonder stables, well over 200,000 Baha ep and 2 Golden BananasxD.Got a Sorb tree
Lots of other stuff as well, all useful stuff plus the cloud row and items.

The only negative for me was just getting 5 seeds at the beginning:(:( It should always be 10 seeds

Dreadful Dinner had a lower requirement 15/10 to make a gift for the bats. This one has 110 plants and a painfully scarce 6 balls of yarn. My math (and my actual drops) says it would be difficult to make it over 130 without SG or buying 'supplements' It's Thursday a.m. and I'm not finished. Those Drops??? I got 34 on Carnations on one field and right behind it got 26 on another...what? So I'm still trying.
Edit: should have waited until the end but after it's over and done I got 176 total(applause..), got some cc's and other stuff..not complaining about that one. But again starting with 5 and having to produce 110 per was intentionally steep.
    Congrats to the winners.
The sheer logistics of the #1 player in this event is mind blowing. But even if I'd just won the lottery I don't think I would jump in like that; to each his own I guess.
This event was okay. it wasn't terrible. I got some extra stuff.

I love these kind of events - genius event mechanics! I do dislike the mill requirements, which seem high along with a relatively long mill time, which I can't abide as I have no patience. Personally I'd like to see some dogs instead; but the world will always be split over cats v dogs!

I opened Bahamarama and found all of my earned Kitty Chaos Bahamarama stuff in there enough to open up two runes for more space in Bahamarama and lots of points. I must have gotten 20 golden bananas! I have 34 teasers made and have gotten consistently bahamarama points or bananas every third made.

This style of event, like Easter, is so much fun ! The rewards generally are good with the exception of a paltry mulch being the 'Booby Prize'. And even without the Top 1000 race, the rewards are sufficient to keep on growing Kitties at each any everyone's own pace, IMHO.
We need to know Now !!! what happens in the event of a tie for 1000th place for those who are addicted to the thrill of the chase.

Not really fair the "race"... For lower lvl players it's impossible. I've been farming the ~edit~ osier for days, only that on all of my fields, buying balls of yarn, receiving it from friends and 2 days ago the bottom of the list disappeared from my sight. Impossible for me and I imagine lots of other players that have dedicated days to this event. The rewards should be fair, the prize is no amazing it shouldn't be an impossible task. Maybe after 200 cats (which I haven't been able to get, but I'm on it) or something to that effect. FAIR after so much work. This is supposed to be fun, not frustrating.

I like the event, but wish the growing time was less. I think that for any event, the growing time should be a maximum of 4 hours, especially since the mill item requires 110 plants. I do like the prizes.

I have enjoyed this event ... just got the last requirements done and doing an extra 10 presents for the kitties for the fun of it. RL prevented me from taking part in the top 1000 but I doubt if I would have done it anyway. It takes an awful lot and, if you don't spend real money, you are hard pushed to beat those who do (not a criticism by the way, just an observation!). :p In a way, they are given an opportunity to be rewarded for paying into the game. :)

The time of the crops is a bit weird - just not enough for me to do more than three harvests on a normal day, four on a day when I have to get up early. Either four hour or eight hour would be better.

The prizes are pretty good ... though still wish that the Turbo Mulch was left out (though I have seen one farmer who likes it!) but not just one! That is a real booby prize lol!o_O

Drops have been good. I have managed to do the crops and the drops using only two fields for event crops with the two other fields covered in animal pens, workshops and trees. Most of those I could only harvest once a day. :music:

All in all, a very pleasant and amusing event: not easy but not so difficult that it is impossible to do for the majority of farmers.:D

A little shorter growing time for osier would have been helpful and 5 seeds to start is not good to start since 6h are requested to grow. Per total I like the event.

To be honest...I was overall a bit dissappointed in the Event... Actually, I was discouraged to participate even before my 5 seeds were Harvested.....while I'm "waiting"..some have Donated 340+ already...:wuerg:..I DO understand the need to make money and I've nothing against that..but could BP not have made it so that...for every 100 Donated, you get the "prize"..that way you'r "rich and Famous" can still buy their way through to the top of the List of the "Who's Who of the Farming Industry" and Donate to their hearts content and "win" the prize multipal times....and us "Poverty Stricken Farmers" could at least still try the good old fashioned way with sweat and brains and get it once.....that way we could still have had a chance at the Prize....In my opinion there shouldn't be a "difference" in RM Players and Free Players...the only difference should be the "amount" of times you get the prize...(which is what you want..RM still being pumped into the Game)...this Event was dissappointing even before it started for Free Players...:(

The Prizes where not that great....maybe my Level makes me a bit ungrateful.....but I would have prefered less CC and EP...and don't get me started on the Mulch.. and had prizes of odd ORANGE STABLES or XXL TREES..yes..even CHICKEN and CATALPA..:D...as we are clearly NEVER going to see extra Land and no "Special Express" where we can donate Yellow/XL and get Orange/XXL..:sleepy:

I did however love the Graphics but would have prefered it being one of those "running in the background Events" where you could do you'r normal Farming and not have the Event Crops...

spending all that money to be number one!!! thats a mighty hefty price to pay for 15 mins of fame on a game site. none of these things in this game make u richer but some people think they need to be number one anywhere n everywhere so be it ! me im smiling all the way to the bank

I like Belindamotions idea of a small special prize when you donate an extra 100, 200 etc. Even I might have been enticed to buy a basket to bring me up to the next 100.
Having 5 seeds to start was a tad mean. We always get 10 seeds don't we?
The crop was a bit long and it was difficult to make the drops match the crops to make those adorable kittys give us gifts.
I think only have one or two of some items was not very generous.
A gift list for the duration of the game would have been nice too so we could see what we had won individually. The only thing I can check is how many Stables and Trees I have got.
Over all I give this 9 out of 10.

I really enjoyed this event, and have enjoyed others similar to it. It seems less stressful, easy to follow, and great prizes. Thank you.

I totally agree, I have finished this event well in time :D(first one since I started playing in 2012!!!:D:D), but my BB's and CC's have dwindled having had to buy manure :(:(.
