Thank you SG. I will continue updating my info on the other thread then since I've already got that one going. This event is turning out to be very doable except for the product portion of it. I don't know if I will be able to finish that portion of it, but I'm going to give it a shot. I really want the cloud row to help me with Bahama. Acme was right about the cloud rows helping you progress on Bahama. I've just got a couple of cloud rows now, but they sure help with the BEPs, which in turn help you get more golden bananas. It is also nice that the event crops give a good amount of EPs. Like everyone else, I just wish we could earn stars in this event to help get the 250 needed to open the rain forest. I don't understand why BP decided not to include stars in this event to help those of us who are new, or at lower levels, collect 250 stars.

After a long absence I come back to an event. I don't have any goose pens, chameleon pens. Don't get me started on the lack of rare trees I have. So a big huge PASS from me. TYVM.

Decided I will try this, Crops and Drops seem doable. Will reset the products every time til Honey comes up. No rewards that are a must. If I don't make it, that's OK. Will get what I can

 

Oh, I'm so happy, the first 3 level all ask me honey
then the LV 4 want 14 Koi ,so I reset, let see if system will keep on ask me Koi
I could give them some goat milk or cow milk

 

welcome back baw815 long time no see I am level 4 on product room so far donated 8 cooking pots 24 honey it seem to seem to be asking for certain products at this stage these products have gone up a lot in price except for honey it is good time to sell surplus products that you manage to avoid to donate if you can I am selling most of my high level crops will start to regrow these crops once have grown all of the needed event crops those who are not doing this event would make a killing selling products and high level crops good luck

On JJsFarm they asked me for 21 riding lessons Hitting reset there until I get cows milk or honey.

Not sure what is going on with my drops....only 17 from a field of carnations. I'm not worried exactly but am watching it.

I am still on Level 1 for the products. I have reset cooking pots 3 times, koi 3 times and timber. Not a great start for day 1.

This event mechanism could be a lot of fun but am disappointed that BP did not consider feedback from last time and improve on the product line with fewer requirements and expanded list of items to be donated. I would prefer to see more fruit being asked for instead of 14 koi.

Hey broke! Good to see you! Junk CAC? I slaved over that hot stove in that hot jam shop making that CAC. I think last time I sent you a junk CAC, you sent back the empty jar. I need to go on a barn raid on your farm just for a few things....cooking pots to make the jam in, some firewood to cook it and maybe some fish (koi) for dinner.

I know you hate growing event junks. I want the surprise trees and stables...you never know what you might get and I can honestly tell Santa that I have been a good girl (well mostly). What will you grow instead?

May be you whisked away his customers. That affected him, I suppose Poor fellow - he is thriving only on his markets.

 

I have resolved to attempt the first 8 chambers of the first three statues.
Work has kept me away and just returning from travels so only 200 papyrus at this moment and 800 nymphaea and only 157 drops so far 7 sundials.
Since I have no workshops I have been watching the market and there is no way I can afford any of the products $10kcc's and up EACH - no way I can afford $80k or $100k cc's to get through each level.

crop had done up to LV 6, fruits finished LV 8, got wonder stable
animal finished LV 7, just grow some more nymphaea will get the baha wonder tree
product got struck on LV 4, waiting for some acceptable offer from system.

 

Hello Baw! I wasn't on the forum when you last posted, so it's nice to meet you.

Dear Farmer_broke, it's been too quiet with you gone. You were missed!

As to the event, I'm finding the Nymphaea, Papyrus and Bastet sections no problem with reasonable requirements (so far). But that Horus is ridiculous! Finally broke down and sent 5 pots (have a couple of cases of those) - because six resets is too much and at least it wasn't 13 ostrich eggs again! Now Horus is after 14 koi, which isn't going to happen. Back to reset!

 

baw - Is that you??? Oh..I'm so thrilled you're back!!!! Yipee!!!!! Yes, this is a stressful event to jump into with so many new additions to the farm since you left! .... but we'll help you catch up!

This event is turning out easier than I thought....thank goodness...when the product market started going beserk, I put out lot's of product pens....plus my farm hoarding tendencies...I should be okay.
