I have not played for a while due to several reasons, but thought I would jump in and do this event ... mainly because I had a party ticket left on wheel which I had forgotten about, so I used it and whoopeeee !!! One 100% harvest bonus for 24 hours xDxDxDxD ... Anyway, event crops nearly done now .... so grew a load of extra snowdrops and the like, stuff which is selling high, ... started at the product statue, gritted my teeth and got the stuff I needed from the market (because, stupidly, I had forgotten about re-sets :cry: and I have some of those sundial thingamijigs.... ) Over halfway through the event now but no doubt will come to a grinding halt once I have run out of treasure .. which is now imminent ... Long crops tonight I think...:music:

Welcome back Kmellish:D Use the bonus you won as profitable as you can;)

I thought we needed sundials to cancel a task but we only need them if we want not to wait for the new requirements. So I reset because it asked me for Koi again.

Build some 3 or 4 workshop in the city& place them in the farm. Its cheaper than buying products.

Don't be fooled by the below picture. My event window got struck half way & didn't open. Started blinking & the pictures got running by themselves. So took a photo shot. Not even completed one room. Just wanted to share the picture.

I like that! I just don't understand why all the resetting people are doing because they see a few koi or ostrich eggs or timber or beat up ol cookin pots.

And because I want to help out other farmers, I offer easy pay credit terms. Simply list something no one wants real cheap and I'll buy um. Then you take the coins and buy whatever you want. And you can buy back what you sold later xDxD ...

And don't forget to buy extra timber, you might need um later xDxD

Shelves are fully stocked and in bundles of 50 . Only 12,000 left so get um now xDxD and beat the long lines.

And slow downnnnnnnnnnnnn ... no hurry hurry ......... just slow down or life's gonna pass you by!

I am almost done with Horus Necklace, I need to harvest tomorrow and I will get the 2x2 item.
Please don't send me Sundials, I need Egyptian treasures.

Good for you Arielh! I still haven't gotten past the first step with good old Horus. I have finished Bastet though and now have the very cute sphinx in my park. I'll keep trying on Horus but I'm just going ahead and complete the other steps to get the prizes I want. If I don't get the cloud row it won't be the end of the world.

I started well, 12 Honey then it was Timber! Well, I tried to hold back but it just kept coming back! I prefer to "donate" that than Koi or Cooking Pots but I know I will regret it when Beaver Breeding starts ... but that's later. When I did give up my wood pile, I had three lots of Honey but back to Cooking Pots again! :wuerg:

I have reset and then used two lots of Sundials but still have the last four sections to go on this farm.

Chevrefeuille is having similar luck and I buckled and gave up my Timber ... again ... and again ... and again. Not much Honey showing but I have bought Timber when it has been cheap so don't feel too bad - well, not really! :p

I have been preparing the other Rooms so that I start off with something I am "willing" (LOL) to give up. :music:

Crops should be done tomorrow on this farm, Saturday at the latest on Chevrefeuille and drops are pretty good too. They don't appear to be many when harvesting but I think I am about halfway there after two days.:inlove:

Good to see you back Baw, Kmellish and Broke. ;) I was wondering where that Muddy Chap was ... haven't seen him hanging around my barn for a while. Thought he was busy planting junks somewhere else! xD

Was going to try that but I do not have enough materials also not enough time to make products.
Would have to use pf to try and get the amounts needed.:wuerg:
I am ok to build up some cc's to pay for water selling poo to the farmers when I can and then doing the few levels on the other three chambers. Travel one more time - then hoping to catch up with farming Sat/Sun - will let the 8 hrs crops grow the next few days.;)

    @kmellish
Welcome back, kmellish. And thank you for the goodies. I love it so much..:inlove:

    @farmer_broke
I had more than 250 products of koi fish, ostrich egg, honey, cooking pot, and timber in the barn. I could complete all the product tasks whenever I want to be.

But the best strategy that I have is to set honey(the most products I have in the barn) required, perhaps I'll do that untill the fifth day or till I have completed all the tasks.
IF I did not finish until the fifth day, then I will use the sundial stored in the final day nor do all the tasks without having to reset it.

Let's see how long I will complete this event....!! LOL xDxDxD

I look at the requirements. And reset them real quick too. hahahahaha

Are they out of their minds wanting 15 koi and on and on ......... hahahaha

I'll reset till it says 15 carrots or 2 cucumbers ............... hahahahahaha

    Dumping that timber too

And beavers are stocked up..... hahaha ..... only 3000 each in lots of 100. Just waiting on that breeder now. hahaha then lots of 500 only!

Glad to clear out these high level crops too

Silly Guy and Broke I have been making huge profits selling productdue to farmers have completed or nearly completed crop stage of this events and high level crops yes koi ponds have gone sky high have sold some of them for 30k each as cooking pots and ostrich eggs have leap in prices too I intend to sell almost my stock of these as can always buy them back after this event had ended but holding onto my stock of timber which is not selling as high as the other products as above but with beaver breeding due this month I believe will go higher in price when new quest for timbers will push prices higher as many farmers needs stars to unlock the rainforest I have almost completed the hours product quest trying to do it cheapest way possible then finish off the rest uf the event now have grown all the needed event crops as my cac is still running I am now growing quickest time high level crop to sell my harvests until this event ends but these high level prices have already started to fall in price due to farmers completed or nearly completed the vase quest Welcome back kmellish as I missed you as I have seen many farmers over the years need a break from their farms but it nice to see those using the forum back as usual we miss these lovely postings :)

Papyrus Scrolls is ALWAYS asking for Dates, which I do not have. Come on; be reasonable,
Horus Necklace is alternating among Koi, Ostrich Egg and Pots. Come on; be reasonable and try something else.
Bastet Statue only know Ostriches, Donkeys and Beavers. Please what about Cuckoos???

I knew just what you were selling if you were around. Profits were unbelievable. Only a few more koi left and the products party is over for me unless I can play them like lettuce. Timber is selling slow for me. I'm selling in lots of 50 @ just over 12,100 each. Still well over 10,000 to dump. Have 10 lots of beavers on the market 400 @ 3,111 each. Not going to play around too much. Put lots of beaver feed 100 @ 1395. Buying as I sell and riding the market up. Too much of it to play with though.

I understand your logic for holding timber. I just don't see those needing stars completing that quest with high priced timber to get the rainforest though. There are many cheaper stars available. Can't see a beaver until level 73 or sawmill until level 74! We'll see ...... I'm not waiting on that bunch though or I'll be broker than I am now for sure xDxD

Yes. I agree prices are falling on some crops needed.

Well, I will be the first to shamefully raise my hand and through clinched teeth, plead guilty to committing the first classic screw up of the day.

I did it. Even after being warned by so many of you, I harvested my entire first days crop of Nymphoea before realizing I hadn't activated my CAC! DRATS, #%&#%#!!!! Charley Brown, I now share the pain you feel after your baseball team has been trounced once again.

My head is now throbbing from my banging it against the wall, my desk, and everything else that is handy! I don't have to worry about brain damage for I no longer have any active brain cells remaining. I guarantee I will never do that again, .... or at least not until tomorrow morning!

The good news is I got a good drop rate. Feel free to enjoy q good, long, hard laugh at my expense. At least then I would know I've done my share of spreading joy through the world.

Good luck to all of you! And remember, activate your buffs BEFORE harvesting, for the gaming gods have no mercy for the empty minded who forget to do so.

Doc425 - So very sorry! :( As JJenks said, we have all done that.:wuerg: Put an ice pack on your head and carry on!

Getting close to the finish, with Horus my only difficulty. Through perseverance I have gotten several resets to honey and the pots (of which I have plenty). Been making nice CC's with the koi which I refused to donate and high level crops. Interestingly, pots have just recently started to rise substantially on my market - so I might open a cookware stand shortly!:)

Best of luck to all on the event!:D

Oh, yes, we have all done that! In the good old days, if you were very quick and refreshed (F5), the action could be undone but I don't think it works any more ... maybe I will try the next time I mess up! Which I don't expect will be that far away in the space/time continuum! :p
