Septemberfest strategies!

I just got the silver cloud row and the SG. Had already gotten all the trees, stables and PF. If I manage any more it will be the harvester coupon.

 

Well after all week I finally have more bobbles than blossoms.

Last crops planted, alarm set for 6:30am leaving 30 minutes to harvest, mill, shoot and shop.
Expect enough blossoms for two more premium bags
Probably 60, maybe 90 unused bobbles, just not enough blossoms.

Best refinement Carnations -12% Not desperate enough to start burning SG.

Has anyone else noticed it is almost impossible to miss the witch or the dragon.
For me anyway, If I am not on target, the ball will not fire.
If the target is starting to go down when I fire, it will come back up and take the hit.

Just what I have experienced after 14 bags of premium balls.

This farm will gift the Two Man Saw whenever available to send. The farmer_broke farm has the Cask if you need it. No Barrel Organ.

All goals accomplished and more. Back to regular farming and making a batch of smiley mud pies for the mod cave.

 

Yes Joross I've had the same thing happen. I've also tried to hit one of them, but it disappears just as I'm firing at it so it doesn't throw the ball. It's nice to see that BP has it programmed to give us the absolute best possible chance to hit all the targets we try to hit.
Overall I've enjoyed this event. It let us grow the crops we wanted, or needed to grow and the drop rate was very reasonable. I made some tactical mistakes, but I learned from them and I was still able to get a CR and a lot of the miscellaneous items I wanted. It would have been nice to have gotten more, but I suppose that's always the way it is. It really helped that I was able to get the rain forest before this event started. Without it, it would have been difficult to get enough drops to get the CR and all the small miscellaneous items I was able to get.

One problem for me, being in the western USA, is the events always end at 4 am my time. I guess the time evens out because I have more time at the beginning of events than people in Europe, but it would be nice to get that last harvest in at the end. When you have participants from all around the world it makes it impossible to make it perfect for everyone unless you have variable start and end times, i.e., it starts at X am local time where ever you are and ends at X PM giving everyone the optimum amount of playing time for them. I think you may be reaching the point where it is just too hard to do if you did something like that and after all it is just a game and I think BP is doing the best they can to accommodate everyone, everywhere. I enjoy the game for the challenges it presents and the opportunity to associate and make friends with people all over the world.

Congratulations to everyone who finished and got what they wanted and a great big thank you to those who went to a lot of trouble and effort to put out guides for all of us newer people telling us how to approach the game to get the best possible results.

I finally got what I want
Basic CR, basic barrel organ, 5GB, then I remain 24 coins(not enough for
PF) I had 15 bobbles on hand. & much blossom. So, I mill a basic bag,
got 23coins Which I finally got the PF & SG
I hesitate between 60SG & 24 machine coupon. At last chose SG.
I had machinery, all the long hr coupon as a reserve when I decided
not to buy anymore BB..
OK, this event is finished for me now

 

I collected 834 coins total.
770 coins for gold cloud row and givers.
40 coins for secret stable and trees.
balance 24 coins.Bit confusion with SG and harvester coupon. Decided to go for SG 15 coins.
Then 5 coins for sticker
Extra coins 4

 

I got one CR and all its components, plus all Miscellaneous items.
38 Coins remaining cannot get me anything extra, and little time to collect Bobbles.
I am done...

 

Actually, I don't like the shooting game
It take so long time to collect all 12 double coin.
I remember I had a game use 7 min. You know, look at the moving object for over
3 min without rest of eye is really stress. I just afraid that If I take a look at something,
I will miss the double coin. And then need to wait another few min to let the double coin
come up again. The stress come on for the last 2 shoot. Thus make me even more hate
this game. I really reluctantly to play this min game. But I want the stuff. So, I force myself
to find something interest on this game. But only bore, pop up & up unwanted animals!

 

Milled 19 bags total (16 were premium). Finished with complete silver cloud row; Cask and Two Man saw from regular row;both tree packs, stable pack, harvester coupon, PF and SG. Had 26 stars left (no drops left, used a few BB to get last couple of drops for a final regular bag). Pleased with my outcome and hope everyone got items they wanted most.

Putting out the trees and stables now; and hoping for something grand to harvest!

 

I did 15 premium bags. I had 110 left over bobbles after milling my last bag. I messed up and forgot to do a regular bag with my last 33 blossoms (hey, it was 4 a.m. and I was half asleep). I had 810 coins so I got the gold row, both trees and the stable. Really wanted to get a few extra giver items, but didn't have enough coins. I really didn't like the drop rate considering that I had all fields open and LL. I started with 3 fields of trees and 2 with crops (main and baha). Toward the end of the event, I pulled all but the rainforest trees and just had crops trying to balance out the remaining bobbles. I used my refined carnations twice a day on main farm and used ginger on the island.

 

I'm happy! I walked away with the bronze cloud row, all of the miscellaneous items, and a couple of extra giver items. Hope everyone else managed to get what was on their wish list!

 

This Event was very slow going getting the Drops Needed to Mill Premium Balls. I unlocked all Miscellaneous Items. Got Basic Cloud Row and Three Basic Givers for My Shipwreck so i can off load Three Items of Completed Grey Cloud Row.

Plus I also Unlock The Silver and Gold Cloud Row as Try to Fill these cloud rows in Future Barter and Gift Event did not have enough Coins to buy these Givers At Least I got one of The Cloud Rows but my 5GB is worth loads of Baha EP anyway it would take very long while to match the Baha EP the 5GB Would Give

This Event was ok got bit bored Shooting for Those Coins, I much Prefer The Fishing Game it was more Exciting !!!

 

Considering I was mostly gone (camping) from Tuesday until late Monday night, I actually came out ok. Had placed trees out before we left, and we came out of the mountains twice to clean up before heading back up, so was able to gather some bobbles. Used refined roses on comfort fields all day yesterday, accumulated enough premium bags and 1 regular, to get the bronze CR and accompanying goodies, both sets of wonder trees and stables (yellow donkey, yellow chicken, yellow goat dairy-really??, and frog), PF, SG, GB, plus the duck pond game, catabench, and silver cask. My original goal had been to acquire the gold CR and givers, but after reading the various posts here, decided to be content with the lowest CR and go for the other lovelies instead. Despite being skunked on the trees and stables, I enjoyed the mini game, tho it did get a bit monotonous, and would say this was a nice change of pace.

 

lol this little farm got to level 3 on baha doing only two rounds of ballshooting. And it's not even there yet

My stables turned into an Orange Goat dairy a Yellow Rodeo ranch a mouse and a stork still waiting on all the trees.
But on the little farm I got a Tortoise a Kiwi a Frog and a stork...considering I have pretty much no rare animals on that farm I'm really happy.

I did manage to meet my goal and got the silver CR plus all the miscellaneous items. I only had two extra coins unused so that turned out well.

My stables were non-exciting but I did get an Achacha tree for Baha other than that it was just more of the same.

Got all I wanted. Gold row plus all items including the GB's No classic items needed because all I have allready.
Was nice event. Didnt plant the trees or put the stables yet.

Got all I wanted and thanks to instant roses and a shedload of supergrow I had stored, turned my farm into a forest and got everything I wanted. Ended up with 0 coins left - had 5 left this am before work so got the sticker; I never though I'd ever choose to have a sticker as a prize! Congratulations to everyone who reached their goals.

Main land trees - XL and XXL Full Moon Maple, XXL Yellow Pear and 3 Blackthorns
Stables - 2 Mouse stalls, a Hedgehog and an Orange Ostrich
The good news is I'm all set for mouse breeding if that comes up - I now have a field full of those rodent stalls!
