Strategy: Firefly Festival

Finished this morning put out all my goodies and the best I can say about the Mekong trees were they were all XXL's. Happy for the Crow pet and had a nice spot all saved for the Armadillo. Now I wish I could turn off the spawning scarves.

Happy to have the Moonlight field to play in as it's distracting me from the BBD. (must save PF for next breeding event!)

Finished what I intend to do. Received all the Baha ep to open the last plot of land there and have all of the land now at level 76 Baha and 77 mainland. Received all the ccs for plantin junks and more from a few cows, turkeys, mulberry, acorns, and peppermint.

 

And in order for you to enter you must undo a keylock combination which requires you to wait for hours on end to collect scarves before you can type in the correct code, by which point the fudge will have miraculously sprouted legs and ran away!

 

Just finished! Put out my trees and found spots for my new trees and Armadillo. I just took a quick look at the Moonlight info yesterday but honestly it didn't really sink in. Imagine my surprise to see the new field open this morning. Good thing as well since I need 8 mummies to fill all those CR's I just opened from the Tree of Wisdom. I didn't think that one through I opened them all in one shot before I made sure I had all the givers to fill them. Not my brightest moment.

 

I'M FINISHED!!!! Now I can collect scarves and flags at a more comfortable pace just for the extra EPs and CCs. Congratulations to everyone who is finished and good luck to all who are still toiling away. Now I'm going to go fudge hunting.

I am still toiling away but with the help I have received from friends and neighbors, I think I can finish with normal farming. Thank you all so much for your help. Your generosity never fails to touch my heart.

I'm cursed. Can't get into the game for the last three hours to donate the one Scarf missing...

 

Dang those White Cows are pesky. Basic cows gave Brown Cows with very few skips, Brown Cows skipped to Alpine Cows too many times...Completed everything else , just hoping for a few more WHITE Cows before I run out of PF! Will buy missing cows to finish, good thing made some nice CC's selling cows, turkeys, rabbits, rosemary & peppermint. Well done to everyone who finished to their desired level & good luck (at least better than mine) to everyone trying to finish!

Hi @-Mir85- , apologies if this has already been brought up but I haven't had time to go through this strategy thread. On mine it requires 2 Firefly Packs, not 1.

 

Hi fif do you mean the total requirements? It is two lanterns that take 25 firefly packs each, so 50 in total. Or did you mean something else?

 

Woo hoo! I'm done on both farms!! And all that extra EP allowed me to finally reach level 88 on steph2014!! I don't know what dentallaria is, but I'm happy about being able to grow it!

dafodily, if you have enough stars, you can get a breeding pack from the Tree of Wisdom. That will give you 10 PF.

 

Thanks for the hint, but I've already opened 3 of the breeding packs... Waiting for last 2 breeding pens to finish. Just 3 short so maybe I might make it but if I have to buy the prices are coming down so wont be too bad.

 

I was looking at the figures the wrong way round, thinking it was 50 I had to get in one go instead of that I have 50.. . I've been looking at so much stuff today and so many figures, I think my brain is frazzled!

I am highly disappointed that there is a BBD since i bred all my white cows and used up every power feed i had.... normally since this is not a breeding event there is not a BBD.. i think that BP listened to everyone complaining but they should have announced they were going to have a BBD sooner to calm everyone as now they have some happy people and in my case some highly irrate players.... it was nice that they did give us some scarfs though.... hopefully there wasnt anyone who finished before getting them.. if so i feel for you..
