How do we find out if anyone heard from neighbors?

    I have a neighbor who has been very sweet and helpful, but I know he's been not well. Now he has been offline for about a week now and I just want to find out if anyone knows what is going on, but I do not know what thread to use

    You can send him a personal message on the farm. I (s)he doesn't reply, that means (s)he may quit the game.

    Lots of people quit the game without telling anybody. The half of my neighbors suddenly stopped playing, probably because they were bored of the game, or they were too busy. Possibly the same happened with your neighbour. Don't worry, he might return to the game, especially if he is in a very high level. Don't delete him yet. I hope I helped you!:)​

    Not a mod, but as far as I know there is no such way to contact anyone outside the game (which is what I believe you are asking?). In fact, posting personal information, such as phone numbers and addresses is against the rules. The person can post if they are ill, and some do in threads in which they participate regularly (strategy and chitchat, for example). If there is someone here who happens to be a relative or real life friend, sometimes they will post either prayer requests or updates, but that is entirely voluntary and happenstance. (that is, there has to be a real life friend/family who is also in farmerama and who is willing to post the information). There is no real announcement section for these things.

    In Game Message would be your best bet, but if you want to use the forum then Gabfest would probably be best, but as woody points out you must be careful not to break the forum privacy rules.
    Remeber however if they are unable to access the game, they won't be able to get onto the forum either.
    Perhaps you could ask for anyone with any knowledge to send you an IGM.
