I like the mechanism of this event with surprises along the way but way too much clicking for me. It would also be nice if we had the option to turn off certain animals. For example, it took a long time to feed those hungry penguins because the fox and polar bear were hoping to nibble on something too. After completing the event and wanting to only feed the bears, the fox and penguin were in the way increasing the time needed to donate. The event said that spawning was fast but I found myself waiting for the animal I needed to return to my farm.

For those newbies that haven't unlocked Baha yet, they can only make cookies but once they finished with the penguins, the event for them was over as they could not continue to make cookies to give for extra prizes since the event is structured that you must complete all three animals before you can continue donating. The prizes for the penguins were such that I think if players wanted to feed those hungry birds, they could have. Out of the 150 cookies, the majority of prizes were CC, EP and BEP with a sprinkling of Super grow and Suzy super grow and couple of PF. No stable, no additional EP giver (Sweet Beak).

This was my first event and I loved it. Can hardly wait for the next one.

I was lvl 15 when it started and thanks to the event crops( much more ep that anything else I could grow), ep rewards I'm now at lvl 37. During the event I was able to unlock Baha and grow enough sugarcane and cinnamon for the event. I also skipped up and got some cherry trees.
I'm just waiting for more of those bottles to drop so I can get me more prezzies. :p

As others have said, the only things I did not like is the having to complete all three in order to do extra. I think just having the lowest level open to keep giving would be a nice idea as the bird gives CC and EP the most and that is needed for beginners and would give a boost and make playing fun for all.
last I miss the off button, pop up critters are cool but I really find it annoying as I grow to have them around, my vote is bring back the off button.
Other than that I like these types of games thanks.

If it wasn't for the SOS and players heeding to the call....I would not have even attempted the challenge because the drops are few:(:(:(

Just finished each animal a day ahead of the finish time and am really pleased with playing the event and the prizes. I did win some nice prizes such as harvester vouchers, CAC, trees, stables and one spare deco item. I dont have the problem others mentioned about too much clicking as I play on an iPad which makes playing this game much easier and avoids RSI. I could see a lot of cookies were needed so milled a few at a time to break it up. I was worried I had inadvertently made too many apples but, on finishing, all the animals bounced back into the game so I can go on milling until tomorrow and obtain yet more prizes. I really enjoyed this event as there were different treats to make and by planting long growing crops whenn I was busy and the generosity of my lovely neighbours I had plenty of wine bottles (I do however have the Living Legend award). Its good to have events that require a bit of planning, especially around busy times of the year. With this event we could dip in and choose what to make within time constraints to get great prizes and two different crops helped. Thanks very much for all the nice things I have won.. I am very happy with this type of event, its a shame others are not so happy.

Hope you had a very Merry Christmas. For me the harvest helper coupons were copious! So I am not complaining, but more EP and BEP would have been nice. LOL

Thoroughly enjoyed the event. As shiny.sparkle noted, it was quite possible for even the newest players to finish, (without just buying stuff with real money). However, you had to go about it correctly.

It might have been nice if we could use the harvester functions on the animals, but not sure how that would work. Having a special event harvester might be something to think about in the future, but that was such a small negative (and not even really a negative, more of a "we are a bit lazy" comment), this event was wonderful!

While I enjoyed the event and it was a good way to advance my farm, I have a few of comments:
    1. the drops made it nearly impossible for new players without shelling out real money.
    2. there were so penguins, foxes and polar bears to feed, it was too much clicking to get to the rewards.
    3. the timing of the event over the holiday, made the event more difficult.
    4. it would be nice to be able to choose which animals pop up to make feeding more expedient.

I like this event, but would have liked the option to feed the animals as I wanted e.g. I would not have completed the penguins as the prizes weren't worth it, but had to if I wanted to keep pn feeding foxes and bears beyond what I wanted. The random selection of prizes was great, except not for me - no stables, 2 trees and minimal else of note beyond cc, ep and bep - that was my biggest disappointment really.

I agree that feeding the last 60 penguins was not worth the effort. I did it only because I wanted to feed more foxes. My last 30 penguins gave me 10 x EP, 10 x CC, 8 x BEP and 2 x 2 SG. -.- If I'd known that before, I wouldn't have bothered.

I like this type of event, didn't feel the penguins were worth my hard earned crops though! I received some good gifts but not enough variety for my liking; I would love to have got another deco item, but they eluded me as did the wonder stables and trees, but I do have a very healthy supply of crafting products and cc now.

The event rewards were very poor for me. With all tasks finished and collecting gifts afterwards, my reward pool looked like this: 3 drako stables, 7 wonder trees, 12SG, 8 PF, 2 x 1hr coupons, 8 SSG, 4 pinkie pie and the rest were low amounts of CC, EP, BEP. No 3/12/48 hr coupons, CAC, XXL toolboxes, GB or EP givers. Very disappointing compared to other players reported results. It would be better if all rewards could be won at least once in a random order, even if they are locked after one win. Otherwise the whole event becomes a frustrating and disappointing waste of time.

I whole heartedly agree. We need more of these type of events, they are fun :D. The crafting and tool items eluded me, but had loads of SG, SSG, wonder stables, wonder trees, pinkie pies, CAC... the list goes on and on and on. Guess I am trying to say that I am happy with the result ;):p:inlove:

I thought it was a good event with great and numerous prizes and good graphics. I was very pleased with my prizes as I got a lot of stables, trees, CAC, pinkie pies, flowerpots, harvester vouches and a complete spare set of deco items. Christmas was very busy for me and after a few late nights I forgot to harvest the farm ;). However, I did finish and then milled lots more cookies, as even though other players are complaining about the value of the pengiun prizes if you donate 100 cookies or so that is a lot of CC, EP, TEP and supergrow to stock up the barn! My bottle drops were good but I do have maximum Living Legend runes and fabulous neighbours. For newbies it must have been frustrating not having cinnamon but there was still plenty they could do on this event and the EP from prizes and crops would be helpful to level up. I think older players forget how valuable 500EP is for new players. I remember an event some years ago asking for parrot feathers I didnt yet have and it spurs you on to progress in the game until you finish that wonderful first event! All in all I enjoyed making the different treats, clicking for me was not a problem as the gifts open themselves and I play on an iPad which is much easier than a laptop/mouse. Very well done on this event and for adding a 7 hour event plant into the mix, I am happy I did the event and very happy with all my super prizes.

Hmmmm....there were times that one or two bottles were dropped from an entire field...really-.-
I found my trees gave more drops than the required event crops.....what's up with that?

If it wasn't for AWESOME players sending the drops I would have missed out on most of the prizes.
