thank you everybody for your input I am learning quite a bit from all your help

 

I am learning by listening to you guys (broke, mooboy) , but I can't quite get there as my market seems to be very slow and erratic . Made a bit on goats and cows though

 

Pickles, I had and still do on some things, a very similar problem with my market. I read the advice and it made sense but my market just wouldn't seem to cooperate. It took a lot of time and patience to figure out what I could and could not do. I still get it wrong at times especially if I'm dealing in the crafting trade.

 

I have given up selling crafting items or products LDCrow. I seem to always miss the best time to sell them because of RL. Even though I might try with CAC

 

I tend to sell the highest priced rare animals and trees ..the newest ones, until they drop in price, along with any highly priced event animals in excess. Other than that, I sell chickens, sometimes rabbits and hoard the rest.

 

I'm having great fun with yellow trumpets at the moment - 17000cc each; I price mine a little higher and a greater number (20 a time instead of 1) and they are being snapped up!
Have also taken broke's advice and am clearing the market of cheap animal feed ready to resell at a moments notice and a nice profit.

 

While reading about all of you who are selling Chickens for CC's, I had to hang my head and sigh. I'm currently involved in satisfying the Clucks, Cackle & Co. Farmers Quest. I'm working on the last three tiers, so can't afford to sell my Chickens at this time. I do look forward to the day when my Yard Birds will begin to provide a steady income of CC for me. As a personal goal?
Shippen, the breeding quests take a very long time to complete. You can get the first couple of levels, but most of us have not done the later levels, mostly because it takes so much powerfeed, so much breeding. Also, its often cheaper to just buy the higher level animals than to breed them (eventually... at first that seems daunting).

Also, what we are saying is to sell the manure and the chickens then buy more pens. Before long, you will have enough to fill any quest. (don't get more than 128, though because that is all you have room for on your farm -- I stopped at 1/2 the Noah's ark quest at first). Do rabbits, then ducks... etc.

Do as you wish, everyone has their own style, just sayin....

 

I have been playing for almost 4 years now Pipps and I am still working on finishing that (and other breeding quests). As some players (and MODs) will remember that I was sooo impatient in completing anything and got frustrated because of the level I was I could not do what I wanted to do . All I am trying to say is: do what you are comfortable with, level up and just enjoy the game

 

yea ive been playing for about 4 years and I still haven't finished a lot of those older quests breeding noahs ark and some of the other older quests like pickles said do what you feel comfortable doing and enjoy its only a game but I would still like to be a millionaire especially since I cant be in rl lol

 

I have been almost 5 Years.....Yes it is much harder to complete an Breeding Quest these days due to the Fact The Price of Many Breeding Animals has gone up Considerably to what we could get Breeding Animals in the Markets back then !!!

This is one of Reason to why it is very hard to complete a Breeding Quest....Second Reason it appears when we Breeding Animals During Baby Boom it appears we are getting much less good or Great or Super Breeding Skips From Base Animals or First Breeding Animals as we always have been using Breeding Motels But we have new breeding layout, which currently seem to have a Bug Preventing us getting any Great to Super Skips which what we need to help speed up Breeding Quests

Really we need Millions of CC and Loads of Power Feeds to help Complete Breeding Quests But I have always have to buy Bargain Breeding Animals and use some Power Feeds to Nudge to get Much Harder Higher Level Breeding Animals to a step near to complete Breeding Quests

Currently my advise is to Mill Reindeer Feeds and Sell them to the Markets as they only take 3 Mins or bit less to Mill, Also Oats, Wheat and Hay are going for Good Prices in the Markets. They do not take too long to Grow in our Fields either but you make more CC Milling Reindeer Feeds....Now we are able to Breed Reindeers but we not have Reindeer Breeding Quests yet But we can start stocking up Breeding Reindeers.

The Animal Feeds Market is Crazy as some Feeds are selling for More then the Animals in the Markets it is pointless Growing Animals where you can sell that Animal Feeds for More in the Markets !!!

 

I think you are right here, but we need to grow crops to produce the feeds and with all the events.... I find it very hard
