I just want to say: Awesome FAQ! Tells me everything I want to know, and it is clear and helpful. And such a nice touch with the spooky colored numbering of the rooms.

It is early yet for feedback, I know.. but I am over the moon that we will have a week of moonlight mania!

 

I second that and the event looks fun... I feel a BUT coming out of my keyboard . Again it is too close to other events involving SSG, PF and buffs

 

i have 7326 sg n 1776 ssg stocked up more than 12,000 of n e crop needed im ready for this event

 

Thanks to the smarmy team answers and comments in regards to not compensating for the late start.
I will not be purchasing any packages of BBs, CCs, trees or pens.
Don't expect any favors from me for your pithy response.

 

The event is a nice change, and its great to have MM for a whole week

I am really sorry you are disappointed, we can sure understand your frustration, and as you can imagine, there are many other farmers in the same situation. Sadly, our hands are tied, we are unable to do anything and we cannot compensate players individually if the Game Team decided there will be no bonus given for the missed drops, as explained in the announcement shooger has linked for you. I do hope you will enjoy the event despite this bad start.

Thanks for another lovely event!

I find the new event timer / notification on top of the usual event timer in the upper left side of our screen VERY inconvinient. On some fields it's placed too close to the exit field-button and now ever so often I get redirected to the Event page instead. On top of it, the Event page accessed this way, always shows the tutorial pop up. To get back to my orginal plan to exit the field I initially was on, takes an awefull lot of clicks. Especially because the back-button on the Event page is at the same height as the new Event notification button.

Hope my post makes sense. If not, give it a try with the notification extended, at the main BAHA field and click the Farm Map sign at the very left, as well as the Back button on the Event page

 

At this early event time, I have to agree with habalala. Even though I had the spring cleaning thing closed, I have ended up in the event window twice during this mornings harvest. Could it be moved 2 - 3 mm down? It overlaps the MM farm map sign more than the fields.

It has been a very long time since an event began with a bug let alone more than one, thank you for that. Mistakes happen and we should stop acting like spoilt brats and put our big boy pants back on

I like the creativity behind this event and am glad for extended MM. The event progress window does need some tweaking for placement as it covers the farm map signpost and even when hidden/closed is accidentally opened sometimes.

I would have liked to see farm machinery coupons included in the prize list. I do like the PF prize. Young farms that may not have their park/Shipwreck Bay open may appreciate duplicate EP givers but on this farm, I don't need them. I have run out of room for both parks and now items just sit in inventory. I haven't done the math yet to see how these EP givers compare to what I already have. If they are better EP/plot/hour then I will replace something in the park. If not, I'm glad there is an option to skip the duplicates so as not to spend time growing event crops that are not necessary. I like that the mill is not needed and that there is only one type of drop. Some previous events were a little complex with multiple drop items and milling requirements so this is a nice change. With 116 cloud rows, I am always grateful that when a new cloud row is added that I have the cloud row harvester. Otherwise, it would just be too painful and all these rows would just have to be ignored.

Overall, I really like the event so far.

 

First, thank you teddy for all the FAQs. I think we tend to take the translation efforts for granted, but it is definitely appreciated.

I LOVE the extended moonlight mania!

I think I like that drops are coming just from the moonlight fields. It puts all of us on a more level playing field drop-wise, since we all have the same crops. Whether the time and drop rate are reasonable given that is yet to be seen, but I have reasonable hopes.

We have seen the "fill each box" mechanism before, but I like that you are not just changing the graphics and names, seem to have put some care into actually making it different. There is going to be limit to what you can do and still stay within game parameters, but switches like this help keep the game more interesting.

My big dislike is the side bar on the fields for the event. It is very annoying! Other side bars have not interfered with play the way this one is doing. The size, shape and location just seem unfortunate.

Overall, I seem to be enjoying this event. Its hit at a bad time for me, RL-wise, so I may not complete it, but that is well beyond your control.

 

I can give a Final Feedback Since i have Completed this Event. As I love The Spooky Ep Givers. As it is a great Bonus to give us 6 days to stock up on spooky crops.

I got 308 Spooky Widgets with in couple of days. I was surprise to get good drops on Spooky Widgets from Spooky Crops. It helps to have have pressure to get Event Drops using Farm Fields.

It is a lovely concept to combine MM Event as Main Event. Lovely Concept of Spooky House Entering Rooms, Using Ghost Traps, Plus give us a small choice at times to work on the Next Room.

Love the way we need to donate Event Crop and Ghost Traps.

The only Annoying thing was Event Timer it is way to close to Field Exit Tab. As when you sign in this Tab over labs exit tab this is hard to get round when using Smart Phone or Tablet !!

I am starting to get bored getting Cloud Rows as i got too many of them as it is forever ending clicking of Cloud Rows. It was be nice to have Break getting Cloud Rows. Give Us Some older Rare EP Givers or Would be nice to get rare Spooky EP Givers that we cannot get from Jack Shop I would like to get that Haunted Mansion Giver that would have made my Day

 

I have to say as time goes by in this event I am really loving it. I didn't have to prep my farm for drops, they only come from MM field. I could plant MM crops on the field to get my stock up or get the givers for the cloud rows, which I'm doing. The amount of crops is high but not astronomical. I like that the drops are used only to get the traps. I also like that the mill was not needed, we have used it too much recently. I have to leave one mill open for an event, if the mill is required, instead of making feed.

Overall the event is a nice change of pace from the recent plant, mill based on drops, donate, which is frankly getting old. I believe that having drops come from the MM field makes every level even. You get all the crops, so it's not like a level 70 player that doesn't have carnations try to get a nice boost from that first harvest. I also believe you are generous with the drops possibly as compensation for those that didn't get the drops from the first harvest due to the delay in the start of the event.

I like the event crop. I really like the colors of that blue green, not quite blue and definitely not green that is in the crop except for when it's first planted.

I like the extended MM that is not just during Halloween. It gives more than once a year for really making dents in goals for MM. Please, pretty please, do this again.

I have to agree about these double EP givers...whats up with that lately...there are so many EP givers/trees/barns not on the fields bc w/o more land...these are pointless. Simple--we have supply and demand land

 

Having a semi-laid back event this time around, is much appreciated. Both the CR and the extra set of givers are also very much appreciated since I am a fairly new player and don't have even half the CRs that a lot of other players already have accumulated, nor do I have my Park and Shipwreck Bay filled with an abundance of decent givers yet.

The 6 FULL days of MM are just icing on the cake... because again, being new (and out in California, in the PST timezone) I have not had a lot of MM time to work on the MM CRs, all of the MM FSQs or collecting the MM Spooky goodies from Jack's Shop. Gathering drops from just the MM field was a nice change... especially since there was no real time crunch/pressure/stress about getting enough drops to complete the event. I was able to grow whatever MM crops I wanted/needed all day long (collecting drops here and there), and then close out my farm day by planting an 8 hr crop for the night knowing that I'd get a decent number of drops with the AM harvest. Nice change, that also allowed for minimal idle time of the MM field

The graphics as usual are awesome. And the event timer tho positioned in a poor choice of locations didn't bother me all that much since it's just that, an event timer... not a permanent feature.

Over all this turned out to be one of the more fun events of 2016 for me (still does not compete with the Carnival Queen tossing all of those fabulous goodies at us tho, lol).

I'm really enjoying this event, and I'm so glad to have the MM field for a whole week: finally I have been able to purchase my first tentacle tree
I find the requests for the cleaning a bit too demanding, but I think it just depends on my low level.
The game is well thinked, and I'm having a really good time playing through it.
I hope there will be longer MM in the future too.
Overall IMHO it's two thumbs up for this event
