I thought there already was a thread about the best MM strategies, but I have been unable to find it.

I know you want to complete the last level of the, "Jack's Back", FSQ as quick as possible to get the cloud row, but I am not sure where to go next. I know we had discussions about this before, but I simply can not find it anywhere. :p
    All input is welcome. :)
If this is a repeat of a thread that already exists please guide me to it and then feel free to delete this thread.o_O
    Thank you. :)

You're right Doc. Nary a thread in sight. No matter how you search. Where in the world did all that great information go?:(

Thanks for reminding me about things to not do during MM. I've got a baby farm, spooky_broke, and it cannot get ep so it does not do any mainland growing. The farm just submits the 5 free seeds each time the system awards them. The farm can still take a hundred ep here and there. Despite the nonsense of the farm strategy, the farm has managed to complete a couple of the steps of the quests. Cheap stars ...... free stars.

The broke farm will be a crop grower during this MM. CAC will be running and 1x1's in all areas. Trees will still remain in the outlying areas though.

Again, mid level and mature farms might want to make certain bat breeding is unlocked.

The nobbie farm will continue with CAC in 1x1s and get as many of the cheap stars as possible from MM during this event. It's chasing cheap stars for the LL rung.

    It would have been archived.

Here is one thread I found when searching for "moonlight" in the archives. There are others, but I am just linking this one, since I believe it answers your basic question of what quest to do first.

One caveat, all of these threads are old, so some information is no longer accurate.

I came in before Jack's back, etc were here. I have suggested to new people who asked me that they first try to get either a bat pens or a crow, then breeding for the same. I just finished the "Jack's back" quest and the deco items needed for the quest and am working on the Clean for a Spell items and cloud row.
I have, however, not reviewed the most recent quests -- Disobedience school, etc. Its possible there are things there that are of value for newer players.

(here is a link to FSQ quest requirement -- the list of items is at the bottom of the descriptions for the Jack's Back Quest and Clean for a Spell)

I figured I'd add to this since it looks like another MM will be coming up pretty soon on the heels of this one.

It would depend on what you're looking for. If you're looking for another cloud row... Clean for a Spell. Don't forget the givers you will need for the rows, you may want to get them first.
The newer MM quests all have PF as rewards. Then there are the bats/ bat breeding and crows. The most important thing is have a plan.

Finished the Jack's Back FSQ this MM. No other FSQ for spooky crop impresses me. Already have bat, crow etc... and unlocked whatever needed unlocking....So do not know what to do. Just trying to grow more and more crops.

Mixed cropping with different hour growth time is my strategy right now. You needn't need Farm Machinery for it. You need to harvest 30 or so crops now and then. that's doable with mouse clicking.

You are in this thread too. :DDidn't expect.:)

12ss12, there will be a content update to MM later this month so you might just want to stock up on crops. Or, you could make bat/crow roosts for G&T or for the train. :)

Its always nice to have several bat pens, just like its nice to have multiples of most pens. You just never know when you need them. If you have the recipe and florist shop, Terror Bouquets and Crypto Vases can always be sold (though the market seems to have gone down).

Other than that.. yeah, stocking up on a base supply never hurts. Spiders have not been profitable to make (they "cost" way more to grow than to just buy on the market!), but that may change. Also, while none of the FSQ are that great, if you look at it as something extra, above and beyond other needs (since you cannot grow anything but moonlight on the field), then they may be worthwhile -- if for no other reason than to just get them out of your building!

Thanks to both of you. You have got me more interested in MM. I will think about spider pen. I have only 2. Crow - I will have to check. I tried terror bouquets. But not profitable. I am unconsciously doing what both of you said - stocking up crops. I will do that with new vigour now. Thanks for pointing out the new content update in MM. I post them in rumours but comfortably forget them :p. May be new FSQ will be interesting. :D:)
