    joking with my dad about that...about Florida thunderstorms...that last for about 10 minutes are horrific and then suddenly stop as if it never happened...Tornado warnings...stink

    It has rained non-stop all day!!
    I hope it moves a little faster lolol
    I need sunshine tomorrow!
    I bet it stinks to live in Seattle where it just rains and rains ~

    I hope everyone that has been through Tropical storm Colin, and are about to get hit by the storm, are all safe, and will be safe. I made it with very little damage. Please be safe. Thinking of you all

    Tropical Storm Colin left me without power for some time last night. Lots of rain and a few nice gusts of wind but nothing major.

    that supposed tornado wasn't to far from me it got a little scary here for a bit :wuerg::cry:but we made it through ok ;) sometimes I wish I was in a house and not a mobile home :eek: we have no safe place to go to :(

    I am so glad you are ok I live in a house. But when these storms come it is more then SCARY:eek::cry:

    TS Colin left nothing but rain and soggy streets in my area; just a bit of stormy weather. Glad my other Florida friends are ok!:)

    no shellhappybj she is a Dalmador there is a better pic of her in the thread "pets and or your farm animals" ;)and they just confirmed it was a tornado :(

    Tornadoes and mobile homes do not mix well.
    They shake something horrible and it can be very scary!
    I'm so glad you are ok Marlymar!!
    I live in a 2 story condo and the thunder struck so loud at 3:30 am that my dog woke me up, she was scared to death!
    There is a lot of branches down in my community and its soggy BUT the sun is shining again here!!
    No other damage here north of Tampa :)

    Glad all of you in stormy/tornado areas are safe. And here I was all excited by a little forked lightning and thunder at work (bizarrely 5 mins down the road, nothing but sunshine - hubby thought I was imagining things!).
