    I am trying to send someone a red pig pen upgrade. I can send an orange, etc, (so don't think the level should be the problem) but not red or pink.

    It seems the problem of gifting certain items for some users may have returned :( If you cannot send it this G&T, you will have to try again next time it comes around.

    Well, "next time" is not going to work.
