Thanks, Thomas. I read the Polish rumour thread. But really didn't know whether it was seriously said or just speculations. Cheese, apple, pineapple, grapes etc are in the picnic event pictures. I posted the following rumour in August, 6th.

For August may be ...​

I took it from a official German fansite. It said products might be required. And the picnic event is not just for rabbits, we have bear, sheep, pig, raccoon etc and bear might need honey. Therefore products might be needed. There is a talk that lettuce & carrot might be needed. Have you any idea about it and also about the products ?

So far the following crops & products are rumoured to be needed for the picnic event. I got the list from amalgamating rumours of German, Spanish, Polish & Hungarian Forums. But I do not know for certain whether they are needed or not. Still in case....

Hold on...... I don't even have any of the other new bahamarama animals..... let alone hope to get a Hippo ;(

My question is are we sure it won't be a reindeer/deer thing with the tortoise/turtle? I got messed up on the deer so my gray matter is like stop think but keep raising tortoise just in case but there only be so much land....... I think any harder I'm gonna hurt myself.

I hear ya FarmerMolly22, I'm not even going for the trees this time around, I am backlogged on getting numbers up on the old new trees I set around the fields! I got no more room for "new' Ming farm is really thinking on just raising chickens on this one, I so do not have #'s in the maybe products needed.

 

It is rumours and speculations only. I hope we don't need to donate anything. And I doubt we need to for the picnic event. It looked like a normal grow and drop event. Although on second thought it could be the merry-go-round event again, still can't see huge amount of products being demanded. I'd be a very sad dog then watching all the other farmers play while I'd be left out...

As for the crab - I take that just as a symbol for Bahama. The hippo is coming, but from the preview calendar it sounded very much like the one we had, add 6 animals, push play for BB and voilà we end up with one of the 6 stables. Only big pockets with money required for that. (Note to self, mend the hole in the pocket and be nice to Mr Piggy Bank. ) The recyclomath I have no idea - wasn't around the last time, so there could potential be some donation.

Toucan might be needed for next month - September for breeding Event. The Event might involve other animals too. But I will look out for more rumours before posting the animal list. I do not want to create confusion and set the prices rise for nothing.

I too don't go for new trees & animals. I think my farm will survive without them. My head goes round and round trying to take note of all informations and to update my farm resource. So as of now I just keep concentrating on toucan & rare stables and workshops whose product sell high in the market and picnic blanket & sail(just in case.....).

One day I will be at the point of making for the market just not yet, maybe not in two years on ming..... ming farm looks like a junk shop on every field, 1 or 3 of one kind I have no idea whats on them fields lol.

When do we farm? I got backups all over!!! now the spider sure ok I can handle it, bring it on.

 

We farm today, I love breeding events. Even more so I love Baby Boom, and I'd be happy to do a BB without an event. I can hope, can't I?

That would be really low to make us breed geese when we just had to use them for the sports breeding event. At least now I understand why picnic blankets have gone sky high, good thing I have been buying slowly. Cheese on the other hand...time to put out my cheese production pens, me thinks.

 

I wonder how many blankets we might need? I only have 30 Guess I better put out my textile mills But I'm just not seeing where guano fits into a picnic 38 hrs on those mills...ye gads!!

 

Apart from the products we might need crop. That's what the Ger and Dutch says. They say we might need maaaaamothh amount of first two Vegs in our plant ing menu. broke will be happy. broke's favourite will start and he will update all his thread and give us more strategies.

Halloween isn't until last in October, right ? I find it so strange we would have a spooky event before Halloween. Could it be a build up to the proper event ? Or the event is so strong it forces it's way into your crystal ball a month too soon ?

I am not making blankets or cheese (not sure I even have a cheese factory), I don't think they will be needed, I just don't. It would exclude so many players I think. A lot of us don't have a money bin a la Scrooge McDuck, and haven't played long enough to obtain all those factories. Wasn't the drop blanket like ? Could there be some sort of mix up there ? Could the blanket factory and cheese factory be rewards ?
