Life's A Picnic strategy

Nellie_Noodles, I think your maths might be correct. You might have so far concentrated on basils and now you need to do chives. I think as you do chives and deposit them after each harvest, you will finish the event in a rapid fire round, that is, as fast as chives grows & baskets drop in your farm.

 

Interims report:
First levels of all 5 tasks done. Working on task 4 and 5 gold level.
Waiting for basil to grow (all four fields full) and more drops to come in.
Barn content: 3 baskets, 848 basil, 1221 chives, all necessary lettuce and carrots.
Basil and chive enough in the barn to fill all 4 fields again with them.

I think, it doesn't look too bad *sees a bit of light at the end of the tunnel, hoping, that nobody is switching it off*

 

Ahhh Thank You 12ss ...will be chives until i finish them NOW then ...have 8483 basil to get ...so that's probably doable

this is the 1st time i see everybody happy about an event, since.. forever!!!

I will be done with Basil in about an hour and should have all the chives by morning. Then I can plant whatever long crops I want since I will be with the grandkids Thurs- Sat. It makes me so to have an event that seems to be giving good drops for a change!! Yay!!! Lots of time left so keep growing everyone

 

The drops being better is probably why we are are happy with this event ..Maybe some one has actually taken notice of us ... about time

All event crops finished. Only waiting on around 200 baskets to drop, going back to regular farming...plenty of time...they will come.
So nice to have such an easy laid back event. Good luck everybody.

 

Oh No! Ya'll are finishing event crops. Next thing I know you'll be trying to grow lettuce and carrots. I need to get busy ripping folks off. oooopps, I ,mean supplying farmers. Hundreds of thousands left to dump.

Slow down, there's plenty of time.

Go on, grow a long-timer or something or grow extra junks. Play with your cloud row but leave the lettuce and carrots alone. Breed something. Remember, useless long-timers will get you drops. We'll buy them for a couple of lettuce. Price for long-timers will drop to a carrot so grow grow grow.

Really, carnations for less than a carrot... hundreds. Yaaaaaaaaaaaa hahahaha A refinement foooooooooooor what? This farm will never grow a carnation.

 

I don't have enough lettuce or carrots for the event and growing everything seems too daunting so;

I did levels 1, 2 & 3 and will now concentrate on poo farming and growing those pesky lettuce and carrots for instant sale and easy money the farmer_broke way!!

Finished growing the chives and have completed Lvs 1 - 4 Just need to collect the rest of the baskets. So glad I got this one done quickly. Now I won't have to go up & down the stairs so many times at daughters house Makes this young grandma tired Don't give up fellow farmers!! There is still plenty of time to succeed!!

 

Meba, you know good and well I'm not growing any lettuce or carrots. Wannabe crop growers think they can produce and sell. hahahaha This market is not broke-free.

Time is plenty and stock is plenty too..... big big problem still

 

yes, big problem still...more marketing has come. May be persons playing with carrot & lettuce will turn towards the animals & manure and we can unload the carrots & lettuces.

 

They come every event. Nothing to um......just undercut um and do it until you are finished and let um fight over the change. They'll be fighting over the nothing that will be there. They may as well produce a goat. hahahaha

 

Next interims report: Drops are so so scarce. From an overnight planting with chives and roses I just got 57 baskets.
Everything else is fine. I am not finished with planting the event crops, but will be finished in time.
Task 5 gold level done, Task 5 diamond level is work in progress (waiting for 50 more drops for it).

But there is time aplenty so I am not worried (or pretend to?)

i did.. but they keep comin' n sometimes my offers stuck (full slots but not sold). so i canceled some (lost 10% fee) n re-list.

@12ss12 u r rite.. lucky we're not in the same market as those gurus. so nobody knows if we put wrong marketing strategy..

Oh well, I still got some barrows to load too.

Market is very very tight by now (over 300 listings on this mkt) and prices are dropping too. Careful not to list too many offers at a time. I'm listing in lots of 3500 - 3 offers at a time. But maybe lots of 2000 is even better at this time.

My Crops are compleet just waiting for the last 150 drops so i can deliver to the quest.
the drops will come during the rest time my guess by tommorrow morning i will have enough to finish this event
