Our forum is now 2 years old!

I didn't notice it until now, but today it is 25 of August! Like this day, 2 years ago we entered this forum and left the old one
It's a day of celebration! Two years we have kept company to each other, we have met new players but we also had to say goodbye to some old friends...

I want to say again thank you to all of you, players and mods We have a great forum and this is because everyone is so amazing here!
In this forum I learned so many new things. The use of CAC was the first thing I was taught when I came here and with it I started to complete events again!
I can still remember the first day I came here, there were not a lot of threads, some of them had been transfered from the old one(mostly FAQ threads) and then we were allowed to create our own threads.

I have a screenshot from 2 days after the introduction of the new forum!

Thank you for starting this, Ariel. I too had noticed we were already at 2 years on the new forum, but the time passed so quickly! Remember how concerned everyone was that it just wouldn't be the same? I think it's developed well, and turned into a place I look forward to visiting. Thanks to everyone, mods and farmers, who take part here, making this a great place to share ideas, laugh with each other, and make friends. May we share many more years farming and forum foraging together.

 

Happy 2nd Anniversary to our Forum

 

My how time flies. It's been 2 years since the new forum, sure dose not seem that long. Happy Anniversary to this great Forum.
Thanks to the Mods and great friends for making it such a great place to hang out in.

 

You are right JJenks, it doesn't feel like it's been so long!

I remember but I wasn't worried because I was new and I didn't know how the old EN forum was. But it concerned me too because I wanted to see everyone satisfied
Yesterday one of my first neighbors dropped out and he is not my neighbor anymore. I had him for as many years as I play this game! I have found him in my market, I didn't know there was a forum. He was German and we rever had a real conversation. 5 years ago I didn't even knew to speak English. When I was able to communicate I send him a message and he said he was from Germany. It's so sad to see my old neighbors to leave this game. But they make room for new ones and I am so happy to have so many neighbors from this forum!
I am really afraid that I also may turn red and lose my neighbors, this year will be my last in school and I will try to do well so I can get to a University. And I won't be able to log in during the school year but I will miss you all You are all such a great company.

 

We will miss you too Ariel. And you will always have a home in my neighborhood.

 

Ariel - don't worry about neighbors. When you can, log in and let us know how you are doing. You will still have friends here and when you return, you won't have any trouble filling your neighborhood. You are smart to concentrate on school and I wish you all the best. When does school start again?

 

We will be cheering for you Arielh, and as Pnp said, don't worry about neighbors. There will be people standing in line to get you as a neighbor when you come back! You will be missed, my friend.

School starts 12 of September but I will begin studying this Monday because I have a few revision tests before school starts. But I had a full month enjoying this summer so I feel ready for this school year!

 

Good luck Arielh - keep us up to date with your progress. Hope you can visit your farm and the forum occasionally.

I have enjoyed reading your posts over the past 14mo that I have been playing, and your learning and posting is English is nothing short of amazing! As you know it is NOT an easy language to learn!

Good luck in school Arielh!! That should be what comes first, glad to see you have your priorities set. You will always have a spot in my neighborhood so don't let that bother you.

Arielh, my dear neighbor, there will be a Big hole in my neighbor list that will always be waiting for your return, and a hole in my heart as well. I've enjoyed our igms so very much, it is hard to imagine not having them, and sharing your 'adventures'!! I've always appreciated the good head you have on your shoulders, and am glad to see that your priorities are in order....but I will sorely miss you, my friend.
I'll be waiting/wanting to hear how your studies, and life, progress...

It's also my last year in high school,my midterm exam will be held at the end of October.I also have to say Goodbye to my friends in the mid of September,till then I want to play as much as I can.

I did very well in May-June's exams! Actually I wrote better than my classmates so this year in the parades we do in Greece's national days I will carry the Greek flag! It's such an honor
