Bug Cinema Issues: August 2016

Hello lovely Farmers,

Please be so kind and use this thread to report any Cinema related issues you encounter this month.

Please note that the "no videos available" message is normal to have, this is not a bug, it just means you do not qualify for any offer.

Also, please make sure your Shockwave movie player is up to date, as well as your Flash player, if you encounter black screens.

For white blank screens, make sure you don't have a plugin blocking the content.

For other issues with the cinema, in order to forward them to the Game Team, we will need the following details, so please use the template provided below for the reports, posting all the requested information, points 1 to 7:
1) Short description of the issue experienced
2) Time when it occurred (preferably in CEST)
3) Country you are playing from
4) Screenshot
5) User ID
6) Browser used
7) Flash player version

Please note that if you do not provide the details request, we won't be able to forward the issues to be taken care of. Please refrain from other comments and just collect the broken videos by providing all the requested details - not providing them and complaining that the videos are not being taken care of will not help . We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. ​

O o ps, an error has occurred..

New type of ad setup starts to load but when I press the play arrow I get the above message. I'm unable to identify the product. (I added the spaces in O o ps because otherwise it translates to ps.)

This is the only source of earning BB's in this game...without paying for them
This is advertised as a free game ?

I am getting a little bit tired of watching these movies for NOTHING and wasting my time

Sorry but I have better things to do with my time then taking a screen shot ...take it to photo bucket get a number and add it here

We need another source to make BB's ...this isn't reliable and from FS these are one offs

I don't mind spending 15 minutes of my day watching these movies...for farmerama to gain revenue to help pay for the running of the game so that we can play ... giving us a reward costs nothing

1) There is a message saying "We're sorry, but there are no videos available right now. Please try again later."
This is not true. I'm pretty sure that the problem is that no movies are being loaded for me, and that I really qualify.
There is also another problem. I've seen videos of Brother INKvestment, but I've never gotten any points from them.

Well the working movie spree seems to have come to a bitter end.

For the past 3 days all I get is a blank advertisement that has a flashing green play arrow then "oops the video you are trying to watch is no longer available" after I press play button.

1) St. Joseph's Medical Center video still won't award points. The video plays, but it takes an hour -- and by that I mean literally 60 minutes, I timed it -- for the button to turn green. That's an hour I can't spend playing Farmerama...

dappashan, thank you for mentioning waiting an hour to get your points. I never thought to wait that long. These are the only videos I've been getting for the past week or more. It's not the video, it's the format. Whenever "one moment please" shows above the video box (like in your screenshots above), no points will be awarded unless you leave the page open and walk away for an hour - then do it again with the next one.

 

For the past month or so very few movies give points. Most are long and boring with no rewards. Race week gives nothing. Popcorn gives nothing st joseph give nothing supersonic does not work and many more ads do not reward you. It is a waste of time plus it turns me off all these ads. they promise but do not deliver. Stop allowing manufacturers who do not give rewards to play movies. if it is not the manufacturers fault then please fix that features. It really has been very aggravating. Instead of getting about 21 Barn yard bill a week like before I am lucky if I get 3 in a week. Please fix it.
