In about sixteen hours, there is a Baby Boom starting, lasting 25 hours !!!
Strategy: Get Ready !!! Stick em in now so they are ready......
I did not see a powerfeed sale.... which usually happens at the same time .....

first 12 hours I'm out of town (going to have fun on a steam train ride, 200 miles from home)
next 8 hrs I'll dream
1 hr before it ends I'll have to volunteer to an elderly
leaves me about 4 hrs to take part.

that is if I skip showers, breakfast, coffee and all other routines in the morning..

Anyways, I aim to breed as much as possible. Given the upcomming events it doesn't really matter what is bred. Stocking up now on lvl 1/2/3 animals is a good thing to do. It costs PF but compared to buying in the market when time is there it saves a lot of CC's!

There is usually although it has been a while since we had a specialized breeding event.
Is it cats ? I have been half reading 12ss12's Grapevine thread......

 

David, don't know if it's cats. Don't think 12ss12 knows yet.
Don't want to waste my PF before the event, but I often don't have enough to do a breeding event anyway... so. Decisions, decisions, lol.

I noticed there's a sale in the shop at the same time, I assume that would count for the PF pack there as well, so kinda being a Pf sale - ish?

I'll be bringing pigs to the motel, hope for a couple of nice skips so I can open the CR. Also hopefully some cows will turn into some flaming steers. Sadly I'll be at work with no flash player both days, and hopefully 8h sleep - so won't be the full 25h breed.

I assume this will be sort of a pre breeding event, as a preparation and build up to the larger one in a coupel of weeks ? (where I'll do the skip)

 

Late last night or early this morning, (I stay up all odd hours), I read about the Baby Boom coming. HOT DIGGETY I said to meself and promptly filled the breeding pens. Logged on this morning/afternoon and WHOOPS, BBD is not till the morrow. Oh well, for once I'm early instead of late.

 

Moraine, it's a pity but the PF package isn't included in the shop sale (see anouncement).

 

Oh. That is too bad. Oh well, then it matters less the lack of time to breed. Not buying PF for full price. Thanks for the warning Habalala

 

We can get crows from the MM and there are rumors about a crow breeding event
but I don't have unlocked that yet

I only breed for events so I think I am not going to breed now. Or I will try and if I get good skips I am going to continue

 

I'm really confused why they are having a baby boom now??
I don't want to breed now and use up my power feed with a breeding event right around the corner.
Oh what to do???

 

It seems odd to breed when you aren't sure which animal is needed for upcoming event. I'm at a loss!

 

I don't know how but I totally missed the announcement for this and the 1/2 off sale It will be nice to choose what we want to breed Just have to control myself I haven't opened the crow breeding yet so I guess I better do that this MM I am also prepared to get the usual skips. You know what those are, right?? Have fun everyone!

Myself I could wait for the event later in the month, but I'll take a few turns getting some ducks and turkeys..I don't want to get all crazy and use up my supplies because I remember what I did last time (it was stupid). Hopefully the skips don't skip out on me.
Later on: There was no other thread for this but I did 3 animals 15 of each, and this is the lamest boom results I've had in ages, 1 skip in 45. how about baby bust as an appropriate title? Not good. I'm over this one now.
