Thanks to a very decent droprate and reasonable tasks on the event bars (for low level players these will be quite a challenge thou) I think this was a fairly relaxed Event.

I think the team should consider extra options for the surplus of Event drops. Right now these are converted into a tiny handfull of EP/TEP and CC. Not really a priority for higher level players, so I'ld like to see options to get extra farmcoins, stars or golden bananas from the excess of drops too. By the time this event ends I'll have over 1,000 extra drops but there's nothing offered to spend them on!

Think the medium rating was ok. The event itself was okay. All in all , for me a medium okay event.

Another frustrating event. I have have wasted yet again my time, my super grow and my money. I still need over 600 drops. Shame on me for falling for another BP con. I enjoy everything about this game but any event that requires drops will no longer be something I'll participate in. I realize BP is in this to make a profit and that's great. But profiting from events that can't be completed by a majority of the players who participate is wrong. So I'm taking my cash and going home. No more spending on this site.

Agree with @Leesamarie63 - I've wasted days playing an event I won't finish. Has made me think it's time to stop playing this game.
At level 89, I should have been able to finish this.

Sorry Leesamarie63 that you had so much trouble with drop rate. I finished yesterday but level 98, so I planted carnations every night (with refinery boost) and only did event crops when I could immediately replant. Don't give up, just change strategy. ;)

That's just it - I've repeatedly changed strategy. Prepared fields ahead of time, used 1x1's, planted carnations, and other high value crops. I work from a home office and watch my harvests carefully. That is why I'm so frustrated. It's not like I walk away for long periods of time or don't devote time to my fields. I'm upset that I plant the same crop on different fields - the exact number of plots and get 20 drops on one field and 10 on another. At level 85, I should be able to complete a medium event. Just really tired of getting all the givers and not getting the cloud row. Rant over.

My three farms have all event crops and need between 158-224 drops to finish. Hoping I make it to get the Cloud Row but will have to wait and see.

Just don't understand with all the different level players in an event why BP doesn't make it so that if you provide all the required crops you have enough drops to finish. I don't think it would affect their sales negatively and it seems to frustrate lots of players when they don't do it.

    Negative notes:
Also, don't know why they perform maintenance during an event. Tried to log in this morning and got the "Be back soon" message. As far as I know the maintenance was to add the Super Shop Sale which could have waited until the event was over or could have been put there before it started.

    Positive notes:
I liked the way that this event was set up with the 3 areas that could be done one at a time or simultaneously.
As stated before I like that the EP needed for the Candy Surprise Cloud Row is available right away.
Some nice prizes at beginning of event considering low requirements for each (Palladium Wonder Stable and Erie WonderTree).

With all the events back to back I am now very low on CAC, SG and HHC (or out of them). Don't know what I will do with the Firefly event coming up because you usually need 1x1's (HHC and CAC) or Comfort Fields w/SG to complete them.

Anyway good luck to everyone still playing.

UPDATE: End of Event: All 3 farms were able to complete event
    1 with 6:34 time remaining
1 with 5:28 time remaining and
    1 with 1:36 time remaining

These times are getting too close -- make a mistake or get a couple of bad harvests and might not be able to finish.

Warborg - I am identical. 500 short with 14 hours left. Drops at start needed at 16 per hour has now become 20 per hour. I'll be about 150 short which the designers want me to buy to get the row.

Glad I didn't bother with the last 2 crop requirements.

The fact that you will not get enough drops is now a given for me on any future challenges. And I am no beginner - I am at level 103.

I wonder if drops are being given to new users at a higher rate; I also wonder if premium members also do better.

Premium players get more event crops to start so they should be able to finish harvesting all of the required event crops and then start planting only high level crops that give a higher drop. It may not sound like much but starting out with 10 seeds instead of 5 does give you a good advantage in events -- plant them - nuke them - harvest them - repeat -- pretty soon all of their fields are full of event crops while others are still working on getting enough to plant their fields.

As far as them having a better drop rate for event crops I don't know but all levels of players have complained in the forum about the drop rate so I don't think they do (and they shouldn't).

Sometimes it is better to plant 2 harvests of a lower duration crop instead of 1 of a higher duration crop so that might seem to make it look like newer players have a better drop rate. Example: Two 9 hour (Canola or Winter Jasmin) harvests instead of one 18 hour (Barley and above).

Fortunately I keep huge stocks of the fast maturing crops by using the harvester functions when I win them so I had a head start. However, despite playing hard I found the drops to be just terrible. I planted rosehips and chayote overnight with water and manure to get the drops up but I was only able to spare the fields to do this as I had the crops to complete the first two sections straight off and could go straight to growing the event plant daytime. The graphics were good and I am happy with the prizes BUT these drop rates really need reassessing please as it makes the events a struggle and less enjoyable.

still struggling to finish at the eleventh hour to get the last two stages finished and worked hard at this event. Bring back the easter egg hunt in the Town Square, that was fun and not an endurance. Pleased with my gifts but lost valuable event crop growing time by having the plant high EP plants to make up the drops. Level 99 so I guess newer players only managed to get a couple of givers and some gifts. Not that impressed with this event, sorry,

i loved it. the graphics were awesome. it wasn't too hard to get the crop amounts, and it gave me a reason to grow crest...some of te prizes were good(i still wish y'all would give us more power feed). I loved the theme and the way the farm has been decorated all week. The drop rate was good. the amount of drops required to finish the event was crazy hard. i barely got it... but i did get it. what fun.
