Strategy: Cat & Dog Days

I hope we get at least one of the Global prizes! I think the fun is gone for me as we can't even see the bar move anymore. Like everyone else I have done the Full event, both sides and gave what extra's I could, so now we just have to wait! Good Luck to us all! And I have all paws crossed!

 

Just put in my last toys. I hope we make it!

 

Aren't the Global donations supposed to be for a Charity?? Does anyone know to what Charity we're donating??

 

Only when the event is geared for a Charity, such as the Water Charity event. This isn't one of those. Just an event.

 

Hi all!

I'm a hungarian player and I coming for that to ask how much animals can u donate?
Because we are fighting for that ugly final prize very hard...
We can boost the green line together more successfully!
Please, in the following day everybody donate his/her toys or if he/ she has some "little level" animal, for example: Tabby cat, Calico, Scottish Fold.
We can beat the Big Point community, just everybody who can need to take part in this event. And we'll make this!

I thought I had read something about it helping cats and dogs. Too bad. That would have been a good Charity, and a good incentive to keep donating to Global. (Besides the reward, of course)

 

Hi! Last donations from my farms going towards global rewards are going in this morning. I'm out of the toys, so gave a Pugsley and a higher end cat from each farm this morning. Maybe BP set the bar a little too high for this one considering the end reward?

 

As long as we are not getting a number, where we are in the global donations, I will not put any animal into that black hole.
Sorry. If BP would say "there are xx million missing to the reward" I would eventually think about it. I have already put in more than necessary (as most of us have done)

.lacko1002 I was thinking of the same...if we everyone from all the forums donate a dalmation and a tabby or whatever we can do, a dog and a cat for the newer farmers, it would be fun to see what happens. I just put in much more than that. After all it is a game, lets make it fun.

 

Oh, it would be so great if the proceeds went to a charity. I'm getting more hopeful that we'll make it. We can do it - together!

 

@.lacko1002, I am in! I just put in 2 Tabby, 2Calico and 5 reg cats. And did the same on the dog side 2 Dalmation,2 Elkhound and 5 reg dogs! Not an earth shattering amount BUT if "WE" all do it maybe we can win this thing!

Hey there I'm also from the hungarian forum. I think this is a total wrong way of thinking Everyone knows, that BP made a too high global task. But the most important thing is positivity! We can do this together! If we get the final reward, BP can see, that we are strong enough to win! I know there are soo many small farm, who can't do this event, but everyone who can: Don't let BP win! Do it! I beleive that we can do it Let's go for it!

 

I have been undecided about whether to do this event, because of the high value donations needed even though I did raise and breed more than enough dogs and cats. Because I had well over the required amount of cat teasers and toy bones, and because as I can see from the above posts (somehow almost forgot that this can be a group effort game) others are anxiously hoping for all the global prizes,
I did finish both the cat and dog sides this morning. I was happy to contribute 88 teasers and 50 bones to global. This is an additional 880,000 and 500,000 progress value respectively for each side. I hope it helps enough, but as mentioned is tough to tell since the actual cumulative progress numbers are not shared with us - but the green bar appeared to move a little, lol, at least hope so.

I was initially only going to finish the cat side, but after reading .lacko1002's post which made me smile, I went all the way with both sides.

I sit hoping that all who finished do get those extra global deco items, as they look very fun and helpful. And hoping that those still working on the event make the progress they want and get those rewards they are hoping for.

 

i donated some 33 cat teasers and 5 dogs into the global task. But I do agree with clonahmon that I don't feel inspired to donate more without an actual target number for all of us to see

 

If everybody just throw their bones and teasers into the global task then we win this event

Don't give up We gave too much to fail this I think maybe 10% or less needed. I know it's so much but we are enough to do this!

 

I am a farmer who is so so at a good level that has been in and out of the game for reasons I couldn't control. But while I finished the cats and dogs and gave all I have left of toys. I have to agree too with no more donateing for a black hole.. I got on today and do in fact see the bar moving to the end.. So yes we are getting there...

I do agree that if we all just do what we can maybe we can make it... So while I don't have any more powerfeed for breeding and not asking for none please.. I will redo one of my farms and put them animals back out.. well after looking at what time is left... I will go ahead and redo 2 of my farms one for cats and one for dogs... 16 hrs left as of this post... and I just have to grab in time...lol I also donated all cats and dogs I had left after breeding..

So if you like me don't have powerfeed or breeding animals left.. just use your animal pens and lets get this done. Right now everyone has enough time to put them cats or and dog pens out and use what you can get... I am sure that 450 times(each animal) what is it least 40 pens per farm... we all use one farm or more to make up for them that cant do it. we will make it....

I do think that the reward should be better then what it is... I mean these numbers are out of the solar system.. we deserve way better rewards then what I see on my end... Sorry but I find it to be insulting on BP part that us farmers have to work really hard on this and we get what not even 8,000 exp in 22 hours.And nothing else???.. REALLY?????

 

I have put in all my additional toys.
And if BP is NOT giving us a number, how much is still missing, I will not put anything in. It is a complete waste, when BP decides, that the global part 2 is not fulfilled. And the only one who decides that, IS BP

 

That's your decision, but thank you for all the toys that you put into the global task. I really hope that we can get it before the event ends.

 

I have completed both Cat and dog sides.
In addition i have put 638 Toy Bones equaling 6,380,000 into the Global Donations ,
and 638 Cat Teasers equaling 6,380,000 into the Global Donation.
Yes i would love for us all to be able to say WE DID IT !!
