Thanks Illy and Mooboy for initial workings and to other guys with their mathmatical thoughts, I need a glass of wine already with understanding all the figures, and its only 9.30am.
I said after bear breeding Im not doing another breeding event the amounts, to me, are too high. I think its time to make myself some cc's to invest in other items to do FSQ's.

Mooboy - Thanks for the additional information. I agree it is the only way to help! And I will be using some of those same strategies.

I don't have near enough elephants for the event - even with baby boom. 233!
I was calculating in my spreadsheets to see how far I could get with what I have and thought to share the base data.
My spreadsheet helped me through the last breeding event - In addition to everyone's great advise.
This Strategy thread is so valuable.

Maintenance once again !

 

Think it's a shut-down to look for a lot of elephants went awol. Seem there's been some issues with the classical pens. Mine where fine when I logged in, but I had no need to delete or harvest them so what do I know. But I am very eager to log in and check my breeding, it's ready now. NOW BP, do you hear, it's READY now!

Oh well I shall brew myself a cup of patience so I don't drum holes with my fingers in my desk.

 

That's not maintenance, it's desaster rearrangement

I almost knew it yesterday, that this will go wrong.
Had harvested elephants directly after the first "maintenance" today, put them in breeding pen with pheromones and pink jelly and harvested the breeding hut TWICE. Hope, that all my elephant breeds are still there, when we can get access again. No PF here any more and no feed left!

Finally able to get back into my farm. At First i was able to do Elephant Breeding without unlock the elephant breeding statue.

I was lucky to get so good skips before it was Maintenance again. But i still got Farm full of Classic I Elephant Stables.

So Everyone will need to unlock Elephant Breeding Rune to get back into Elephant Breeding

 

Breeding runes all unlocked. Oliphants locked in embraces. Still haven't decided if I'll participate in the event or sell the Oliphants. I started the breeding with about half of what will be needed. I'll just have to wait for results and decide what to do then. Good fortune to all!

 

before maintenance, I cannot breed miss elephant utill I unlock the breeding statue.
So, I used 20GB unlocked it. put in 1 motel add pheromone,then I begin to think......
BBD onky last 6 hr & due to timezone, I could only used max 4 hr, to cut off time,
I go to see if I had any FSQ that had machinery prize unused. Because I don't want to
used my machinery coupon!
I click the farm map, click & click, no response, then the page turn to tell me
"farmerama had maintenance!"

I was happy that, when game come back, my breeding work & give me 2 white elephant
sad that the extend time don't help much as I will be sleeping at that time

 

Hi everyone, I was wondering where to find the values for all the elephants? I've been looking but can't find them. I am hoping for a good baby boom so maybe I will get lucky and need to refigure.

Was just about to say my skips were not very good when I had a bit of luck. Breeding just base Elephants and from 80 breedings, I had mostly White, a few Spotted (one set of twins even) and three Jade but on practically the last breeding, I got a Carpenter Elephant. Happy with that ... would have been happier with an Exotic but those skips are few and far between!

 

Breeding update: Just finished my first round of breeding. I used only base Oliphants of course.

First breeding results: 149 white, 41 spotted, 6 jade, 3 mammoth + 150 base Oliphants returned. (Could have been more as I didn't really pay that much attention to the remainder of the base animals.)

I had from a 132 basic Elephants gave 176 L1 animals (white?), 44 L2, 5 L3, 1 L5 & 1 L6. Second batch was equally good. Now it's just the leftover pf breedings.

 

I look again on the FAQ, then I discover that, If I only want to get the CR & giver
I only need to do 12 square, thus I will save some PF or CC if I try to buy base
or color elephant on market.
Then I ask myself, how the red elephant stable attractive to me. the answer is
No, I had got 8 claasic II elephant stall, And I'm sure that I will got some orange
or may be red elephabt stable on some baha wonder stable in future.
So, Now what I do is chose 3 no of square that I may drop if I don't got some
good skip on my elephant breeding.
decision made: no 7 , no 10, no 13
PPP, CAC can be buy on market, I had pet give PPP,CR also give CAC
I had plenty if stars, for the ornage elephant upgrade. I even could drop the red upgrade
if necessary
