Yes I remember jazzy, i don't think its cause they cant. you have to know that someone made that other account.. and while we all know the second person up should not have gotten that name.. while someone did... so it was 2 jazzy's out there getting said gifts... All we and maybe even support can do is just assume that all gifts was meant for you... But what if someone did send to the other jazzy?? see that part would be hard to tell even for support... that's why they cant do it... look at it this way... what if you was getting all them things and that person wrote to support requesting them gifts..?

I do feel your pain on the gift issue but it would be hard to prove to know who was supposed to gotten what. however you should have gotten something from support.... like maybe a few BB's or machinery or something, cause with 2 accounts with same name should not have happened and was not your fault.

and for you to be annoyed at the game for not getting gifts from people that is meant for you , yes they owe you something... if i was you i try writing them again... this time don't ask for no in-game gifts that was meant for you... you ask for something they CAN give you for your pain and time on this such said issue..

 

It was a level 2 player who have been inactive for years. Pretty sure there was no activity whatsoever until after August 3rd.

I did. They said they don't do that -- hence, the customer service lesson I emailed afterward.

ETA: It doesn't really matter -- it's water under the bridge (and others here generously sent me gifts that made up for it). I only mentioned it because others were mentioning their buff and harvester losses too -- and I didn't want them getting their hopes up. But who knows.

Am very tempted to buy the pink farm design but think it would be silly if I did ...because I think it's only for the main farm
Please correct me if I am wrong

 

To Nellie Noodles: The pink farm design only works on the main farm but it looks good, it's something different to look at. You can find a example by searching for the pink royals club on page 27 Brookeham's farm.

 

just finished my 40th game... i didn't replant cause i didn't think we can play more... can we? I have 600 crops left and can reseed if we can... I may just go ahead and reseed anyway... good exp for short time...i also just checked and cant donate these crops... bummer

 

To Jazac: You can continue playing, I've completed 44 games.

 

I thought I was going crazy yesterday when I could not log on to the game. It drove me crazy now just to fine out it was BP problem. I tried so many different things to log on and then get booted back out when I could finally get on.

I have brought the 24hr harvest coupon , wonder stables for baha and main land, wonder trees for main land and baha, sticker, SG and 5 free tickets for the wheel.

 

i got the pink farm design thinkin it was the two people on the park bench under the light. Wrong the whole farm turns pink, what the H=== do i want a pink farm, they took all those coins i didn't even get the people on the bench or the light pole. i just got my HAT

can you not turn it off? or is it just not what supposed to be?

 

Apparently you can turn it off in your game options (the little gears at the top right). I think it would be the one with the film clapper and wrench. At least you won't have to see pink until you hear from support.

Finished all 40 and into extra innings here on spots, one away from 40 on bear, and totally tickled with my 16 games on mini me. Now I've got some trading material, if I so decide . I went on a shopping spree on bear, all the goodies you could fit in a bag . Went with the stables and party spins first, then PF, SG, SSG, 48 hour coupon. Still have 147 star coins left, I think I'll hold on to them until as close to end as I can to decide what else, maybe some GB. spots has been conservative with spending coins, got stables, PF, party spins, 160 Suzy's. Can't decide whether to get a neon or go wild in the store, lol. Anyone else choose a neon?

edit: I just looked in my barn, and I have 2 neon frogs from the breeding event, and have managed to trade during G&Ts so I now have 6 neon horses . Those goodies are looking gooder all the time! On the other hand, you can never have too many neons...

 

yes I did spots I got the Neon frog I already have 5 Neon horses on both of my farms LOL
