Well here it is, the event we all love (well most of us!).

I've done a bit of number crunching but, as we all know, this is not my strong point. But I have at least managed to work out how much PF we need to complete the event. I have worked out what critters I will donate but as life is too short to work out the itty bitty details, I will leave that out of my post and let all the maths boffins out there do their thang.

So the amount of PF to get enough Love Locks (which only come from breeding Camels, Monkeys and Pandas) is 348. There are prizes equaling 48 PF for the three animal donation sections so this reduces required PF to 300.

If you want to donate just base animals, you need approximately:

2,236 Monkeys
1,303 Pandas
1,404 Camels

So if you have been busy raising all these animals since the rumours started, maybe you can save all those coloured animals for other things.

Me, I have loaded up my Motels with all different levels of Camels and Pandas cos I really want to finish Castles in the Sand and I cannot afford to buy those high level animals ... so I am really hoping for some good skips.

I will not make the same mistake this time - I am going to wait until we have a BB ... maybe we will get a surprise one tomorrow, I really hope so.

And the answer was "No" so don't forget to include them in your calculations!

You can't but when you breed, you can keep your bred animals and donate the base ones ... just another choice. But you need to breed Camels, Monkeys and Pandas to get the Love Locks. Sorry if I misled in my previous post.

I don't have camels, nor breeding for monkeys and pandas. I have enough GB to open monkey breeding, but my inventory on pandas and monkeys is pretty low (around 150 monkeys and about 30 pandas). I was considering just doing the monkeys, but I'd be using all that feed and PF just to get the monkey neon stall.

With not being able to get the CR or possibly make it to neon panda, I think my best strategy is a pass on this one, and I'll just sell some animals to build up my ccs.

Still pondering on that monkey neon pen, though (not sure I could make it even without the addition of locks -- need to do some calculations), but I'll decide tomorrow. Scarlet O'Hara style...

 

Dont know how many GB you have, but right after you open Panda breeding, the next statue is like 333 pandas and if I remember right, I think its only like 20 GB, I cant remember exactly, but rememer its pretty reasonable.

I'm sorry its two after, Im not sure what the one right after is as I have opened it, and I thought it was the 333 one. But two after is a Sushi Panda & 333 Panda for 20 GB. Hope this Helps some people.

 

I only have 24 GBs at the moment -- just enough to open the monkey breeding (20 GBs), so Pandas are out for me. Thank you for the info, though.

ok if you are breeding you need to breed 144 monkey, camel and panda to get the 36 love locks for each animal you also need to donate 125,000
412,500
375,000 of each animal you can do this using regular animal or breeding animal but it has to be monkey, camel and panda
also to get the CR you will need 66 more love locks this will take 264 more animals ( monkey, camel and/or pandas ) I'm pretty sure I figured this out right if not please let me know

 

102 breedings, 34 of each animals then. Numbers doesn't add up to the number of PF Illy came up with. It is 2 pf per breeding, right ? That's 204 Pf from Marly's numbers. Not that it matter much, the tricky part will be enough camels for me. I have 80, Monkeys - no worries. Pandas.... Let's just put it this way: I sure hope the Pandas are up having a good time and the results are twins with skips.

 

yes moraine the numbers come up right total 348 pf minus what you win for rewards all I did was figure out how many animals you are going to need to breed to get all the love locks to do the whole event the only thing I didn't figure out was the animals you are going to need to get the givers that you want. That everyone will have to figure out on their own because everyone will have different wants I will put a list though of how many love locks each giver will be:

its 2 pf per breeding but its 4 animals per breeding that's where I came up with 144 monkey, 144 camel and 144 pandas and 264 animals for the last step hope that helps you understand better

 

Breeding Info:-

There are Four different Strategies to this event.

Strategy 1) Honest Assessment (Lack of Monkeys, Camels, Pandas, Lack of PF, or Lack of GB to unlock Monkeys, Camels and Pandas, Lack of decent amount of Breeding Monkeys,Camels and Pandas) Skip this event

Strategy 2) You, only need at 216 Power Feed,144 Monkeys,144 Camels and 144 Pandas to gain a Neon Pen of Monkey, Camel and Panda. Not bother getting the Cloud Row !! (You get back 48 Power Feeds so only consume 168 Power Feeds)

Strategy 3) You 300 Power Feeds at least 144 Monkeys,144 Camels,144 Pandas, plus extra 264 Animals of combined amount of Monkeys,Camels and Pandas....All three Neon Pens plus unlocked Cloud Row !!

Strategy 4) Some of you not got enough GB to unlock Monkeys,Camels and Pandas, so have to try do what you can with the GB you have just do part of this event
