    "Eat. Sleep. Party. Repeat."
I saw that T-shirt this morn.

I'm not going to bother to tally the number of crops needed because...
    It's totally personal preference.

I have lots of sunflowers so that part is easy for me.
I'll probably grow lots of the longest event crops because that works best for me and my lifestyle.

I love the "Pinata Egg! primarily because of the crate it generates. How about you?
That's like 120 Spins a year if you harvest regularly. I do not but still... LOTS OF BONUS SPINS!!!
    The CR looks useful too.

Make your plans! and don't bother sticking to them! IT'S A PARTY!!!

    "Party like you mean it!"

    "I Rock the Party."
    Saw that T-shirt too. lol

    EDIT:
    Forgot to ask...
I'm not sure how to interpret this from the FAQ, what do you guys think:
I fail to see the danger...

For those that like numbers if you follow the chart and donate exactly one of each item for each round the numbers are as follows:
Edit: This looks to be what you need to complete each level not the entire event. See Habalala's post further down for an example.

    Animal 1: Sunflowers - 4800 Pinatunias- 1980
    Peonies- 1200 Balloon Blooms- 1980
    Orchids- 1800 Lollipops- 1320

    Animal 2: Corn- 3600 Paper Flowers- 1320
    Peas- 1200 Lollipops- 1320
    Asparagus- 600 Balloon Blooms- 1980

    Animal 3: Oats- 4800 Pinatunias- 1980
    Hops- 1800 Lollipops-1320
Crop Circles- 600 Paper Flowers- 1320

    Animal 4: Blackberries- 3000 Paper Flowers- 1320
    Peppermints- 1200 Balloon Blooms- 1980
    Blueberries- 600 Pinatunias- 1980

Total amount of event crops to be grown:
    Pinatunias- 5940
    Balloon Blooms- 5940
    Lollipops- 3960
    Paper Flowers- 3960

As Suzee said you can choose to donate differently for example if you don't want to donate Orchids you can donate Sunflowers instead it will just require more of them to get the same result.

The basic numbers help me just to be able to even figure out where I want to go with this. No matter what it looks to me a lot of event plant growing. I hope this helps someone and doesn't add to the confusion.

I did figure out some numbers.
Assuming the darker column (based on value of that crop) is the one you get 3 steps from / needing 12 steps for each level per party goer

    from your barns
7200 each of orchids and hops
4800 each of peas and peppermints

    event plants
7920 each of pinatunias (6 hr) and balloon bloom (5 hr)
5280 each of paperflowers (8 hr) and lollipops (7 hr)

This is about the quote in Post #1...

OK so if you donate orchids instead of sunflowers you advance 3 steps instead of 2. Is that supposed to be a problem? Do we have to hit each of the milestones exactly to get the givers/CR? Or can we just go flying past the levels?

Thanks Suzee for starting the thread, and LDCrow and AnnTAngel for numbers! :inlove: Yikes, so much to do at one time! o_O And of course I have to go to the dentist to get the prep work for a crown done tomorrow :wuerg:, as well as grocery shopping, so will miss most of the day  . I'll try to get the 2 long crops started while I'm getting ready in the morning, so they can ferment while I'm in the torture chamber...I mean, dentist's office :p. I thought I was going to be so smart and plant long plants all day for drops rather than worry about the event plants until got home, but alas, no drops needed this one, lol. So, will go with my regular strategy of no real strategy and get as far as I can. A little scared by the medium-hard label, last one was supposed to be medium, but definitely was not. FAQ's very busy to look at, will take some time for my mind to sort it all out and figure what I'll need, but should have everything but event plants in stock. One thing I am going to prepare for is the special quest. Don't forget, those last 2 levels are timed, so if I can get all the tree and product requirements done as soon as event starts, then don't have to use field space for them while trying to grow 4 different event crops. Biggest difficulty, at least for me, will be remembering to harvest manually so don't harvest all fruits/items before move to next level. So, out with trees and workshops for tonight. Have fun, everyone, and
    HAPPY BIRTHDAY FARMERAMA!

Thank you all for the thread and numbers!! :)
    The FAQ says,
Careful! Two of the requirements will help you advance 2 steps in the progress bar, and one of them helps you advance 3 steps!
Placing your mouse over the requirement will highlight the steps you will advance in the progress bar.

Does this mean the number of steps can change between Requirements 1, 2, and 3 with each move?
In order to get the additional rewards you have to watch how many steps you take!?!!
This is my first go around with this type of event. I missed the Rascal Ride Event! :)

Joan I'm taking that to mean that if you go over a step it does not apply to the next level. Like when we donate in breeding events if you over donate you lose the value it doesn't roll over so if you only need two steps and donate the crop for 3 you are basically wasting the extra crop. That's how I'm interpreting that advice anyway I guess we will see if it's correct once the event starts.

This event is 7 days. That should help.

I totally missed the short timed event:
    https://board-en.farmerama.com/inde...d-farmers-society-quest-farm-nostalgia.30738/

It should be pretty easy for upper level / long time players.
I've been neglecting the farm so I'll probably be low on some critters and specific products.
Pretty sure I have plenty of parrot feathers and hen eggs from my trees.

LCD, pretty sure that's not the case. cause we can't really "over donate" in that sense. What we do is advance 1, 2, 3 levels. But do we skip levels and miss out on a giver or crate? That would be cruel...

Thanks for starting the thread! @SuzeeRabbit I think this might be fun!
I too was wondering if we could just do the last column for each row & still be able to get all the givers for the CR. I started growing what I don't have already but if I could be sure we'd still get to the CR, I'd just grow what's needed for the last column in each row (shown on FAQ): 1800 orchids, 1200 peas, 1800 hops, 1200 peppermints ... plus all the event crops required for those rows as well of course.

The FAQ charts show the requirements per donation (and not for the whole level!). Each level up takes 12 steps.
I made up a list to get the CR and givers without the use of ANY Bday Treat. Therefor only progressing 2 or 3 steps per donation.
I'll use the shortest timed event crops as those fit me best during daytime.
There are many other possible ways to get to the goal (use Bday Treat and progress +1 step per donation per character per level, use combo's of donations, use different event crops) so please take your time to figure out what fits you best. This is just my path..

    Character 1
    level 1,3,5,7,9,11
    200 peonies *6 2 steps (1200 per level, 7200 in total)
    or
    800 sunflowers *6 2 steps (4800 per level, 28800 in total)
    or
    300 orchids *4 3 steps (1200 per level, 7200 in total)

    level 2,4,6,8.10,12
    220 lollipops *4 3 steps (880 per level, 5280 in total)

    Character 2
    level 1,3,5,7,9
    330 balloon blooms *4 3 steps (1320 per level, 6600 in total)

    level 2,4,6,8
    100 asparagus *6 2 steps (600 per level, 2400 in total)
    or
    600 corn *6 2 steps (3600 per level, 14400 in total)
    or
    200 peas *4 3 steps (800 per level, 3200 in total)

    Character 3
    level 1,3,5,7,9,11
    100 crop circles *6 2 steps (600 per level, 3600 in total)
    or
    800 oats *6 2 steps (4800 per level, 28800 in total)
    or
    300 hops *4 3 steps (1200 per level, 7200 in total)

    level 2,4,6,8,10,12
    330 pinatunias *6 2 steps (1980 per level, 11880 in total)

    Character 4
    level 1,3,5,7,9
    330 pinatunias *4 3 steps (1320 per level, 6600 in total)

    level 2,4,6,8
    100 blueberries *6 2 steps (600 per level, 2400 in total)
    or
    500 blackberries *6 2 steps (3000 per level, 12000 in total)
    or
    200 peppermints *4 3 steps (800 per level, 3200 in total)

    Event crops:
    total balloon blooms (5 hrs) = 6600
    total pinatunias (6hrs) = 11880 + 6600 = 18480
    total lollipops (7hrs) = 5280

Seven days to do it. Good luck everyone.

~edit~ adjusted requirements for character 3 to get the last giver as well. (thanks Safe14)
~edit~ adjusted the requirements for Event crops. (thanks joanc123)
~edit~ adjusted requirements for character 1 to get ALL five givers. (thanks -niknar-)

As said by others you can donate any of the 3 different crops to get to your goal. The only thing to watch for is over donating. In other words if you donate a +2 5 times you don't wand to use a +3 because you are wasting crops.

OH, AnnT! I hope you're right. That makes sense. That part doesn't worry me. I do try to avoid those situations but... I just want to make sure I get all the crates and givers&CR...

Hmmm...further evaluation leads me to the realization that will take longer to complete all of level 5 than originally thought, since can't put enough trees out to get all needed fruits at one time :p. So, will do silver on 5, and silver on 6, then finish rest later on as finish with event crops. This is a secondary event anyway, not necessary to the main event, I just like to do everything, lol.

@habalala Thanks for that. You see this is why I don't do more of the math end of this strategy. I did not get the whole 12 steps for each level part and that makes a huge difference in numbers. xD

With that in mind it seems a bit overwhelming to expect that many crops for this and also throw a timed event in there as well.

Seems to me it would be the best idea to use the two fields in Baha to grow event crops and the 3 fields in main land to try to keep up with the normal crops. I have about 10,000 of each crop in my barn but that is not going to cut it for this event. o_O

Some day I'm going to return to reading the FAQs more carefully...

Completely missed that the Short Time FSQ event has timed features and the time requirements...
    Ok...
My strategy is changing as y'all post, not uncommon...
400 tree fruit equal 100 trees unless using buffs, which I have stockpiled. 200 trees on two main fields...
We can do that tomorrow so now I might want to do that... We have to do at least the Level 5 Silver before harvesting the critters... That's a bit more complicated than first glance.

I'm starting to think I might do the timed quest first to while building up my event crops... then free up the rest of the land for the Pinata event... I think the prizes for the Pinata event are better but I do need those coupons.

This whole week is going to require farm machinery and using the timer on my phone...

    Still thinking..

    @LDCrow
If you have 10,000 each of Peppermint, Hops, Pea & Orchids then you are fine and don't need to put out any more of these as that will easily cover the requirements for the levels they are required in and will only need to get the required event crops :D

I have a feeling that I'll be ripping up my farms for this one...ugh. Especially with the short timed quest. I am hoping I have enough trees and workshops...

Also don't forget you only need to reach level 9 for all characters (thus reducing crop requirements), excluding Character 3 (Inspector Moseau) which needs to be level 12 to get all requirements for CR ;)
@habalala You may want to edit Character 3 to show crops up tp lvl 12 for CR giver item

IMHO the short timed bday quest isn't worth doing. Considering the lousy rewards versus the requirements. Althou I'm an FSQ addict, I'll skip this one.

@Safe14 eeeww.. missed that last giver isn't rewarded by leveling up to level 9 on all .. editting my plan. Thank you! Edit done.
