Help! Inventory missing! - SOLVED. I'm just dumb

I've had 1 tortoise for about three days now, even though I've cleaned and fed and harvested. IDK what's going on or if anyone else is having this problem?

 

Not a MOD, but do you have a skateboard factory? If you do that is where your tortoises are going. It takes 3 tortoises to start production.
