    I'm even more confuse... So non-paying accounts have a "slight" adv over paying accounts? How is this sounds?! The game team tried their best...NICE. And why let's don't worry about something we know nothing about? Why we don't know anything about something bought and unable to reach?

    So can someone help me on this please, Ive seen a few people say that it was only DE players that had an 'upgrading' issue when using auto harvest so why shut out all premium users if they were not affected.....unless something more sinister has happened.

    An update would be nice, come on BP keep your paying customers ( yes Ive have spent some cash on the game, but not anymore) informed and the truth on what is happening.

    In response to your remark about some been selfish Peeps...I did say earlier that why should I bother with game when others are unable to access their accounts. Its like a different game at the moment

    No buts. Spoken like a player who doesn't support BP by paying for premium membership on not just 1, but 2 farms.

    Can't take away your anger, just tried to give you a different view.

    It's related to previous posts on the compensation packages BP will hand out for all users. Users worrying about what we'll get but we have not a single clue yet of what is in it so why bother now.

    I don't think BP will compensate all we lost, and I'm not the only one. This is not my first PC online game, and I know, a serious company, if they have an issue, shut down the servers and go in maintenance until the problem is solved. This actually solution and lack of information about the error is unprofessional, unfair... I have minifarms too but I lost my pleasure of playing.

    As a premium player I find this problem incomprehensible as I thought all events were tested before the go live event. My honest opinion is that any feedback from the EN community is ignored as the input is too low compared to the Hu or De feedback. I have seen the German comments and can see how the effect from the poorly designed programming impacted the game rewards from auto-harvesting. My hopes are that we receive updates more often and that they fix it soon but in the meantime losses are cloudrow rewards, general farming, machinery, buffs, crate giving items, gifting, loss of events for all players. I am sure there are more things I am forgetting.
    I am not expecting a compensation for which I have lost.
    I hope that everyone gets to log in soon.

    My thought is the system may have been compromised. If anyone has a credit card associated with their account, premium customer or not, you may want to watch your credit card closely or block any transactions from BP. To me, this is more frightening than anything I lose as in EP, BBs, CCs, etc from the game. I hope I'm really wrong on my assessment, but I'd rather work on the safe side of the idea than on the wrong side. Just saying.

    I don't think the payment system has been compromised. I don't have premium on my other accounts, but I do buy harvesters. If it was compromised they would have to shut down those accounts too. I am able to log in and play on those accounts. My desire is just not there though. Why bother when I can't on my main farm, the one I would rather farm if only one choice, just saying.

    I believe I am of a like mind in saying, don't let us back in till you are sure it is fixed. I would rather wait a day or two more than get in and get locked out again for maybe a few more weeks. FIX THE PROBLEM.

    I don't understand why they just don't disable the Premium while they sort things out??? And allow all players access to their farms, for regular farming.

    I am hoping that now, maybe, just maybe, they will realize the problems that have arisen from stacking events, having too many offers available at the same time, and other assorted problems that are simply the result of too much work for the servers. We NEVER used to have one tenth of the problems that we have had, say, the past twelve months.

    I notice from latest update that events will go 'live' again once all accounts are back in game...I do hope that we get some notice so we can benefit from drops or keep drops we already recieved during initial harvest and event requirements get adjusted.
    My take on BP is that they will benefit somehow from all of this....I wouldnt be suprised if they made a sale package that guarantees your account to be safe of all issues

    Been affected by the lock out, and it was just by pure luck I tried to log in now. I don't think the 1h in advance before a grow & throw event is good enough. And tbh I think the compensation package was a bit in the cheap side. Since luck is on my side regarding both log in and reading the forum (not every body reads the forum, even if they do the events) I'll go on.

    Oh and another thing. I couldn't enter the forum by pressing the to the forum button on the sorry page the first day - didn't take me there. I'm sure not everybody has that error, but it is never the less an error there for some players.

    What a mess -.-
    There are issues with BOTH events on my premium paying farms... this is a JOKE!!!! Why do you IMMEDIATELY shove the events down our throats with only an hour notice, without having worked out all the glitches???

    You better fatten up those compensation packages BP.... because after being locked out while other farmers got to farm, then coming back to this mess you have not cleaned up completely, I'm about to cancel my accounts. I'll say it again just in case you did not see me say it in my feedback the first time... You guys really need to get your act together :mad: EPIC FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!

    All I can do is shake my head and chew my freakin' blood pressure pills like pez candies!>:(

    And continued... All we harvested after 8 AM on that ridiculous day is gone. My 240 PF, breeding animals, results. BP resets us to the start of breeding event but I was online for few minutes and harvested for the breeding event. Nice.

    Only announce they had finally settle troubles and the premium palyer can play.
    But silently start the event without any announced to us.
    Only amend the start day is a laugh!
    You at least should add a post on the event thread to let us know the event had start on

    If I had not see the strategy thread, I never know when the event start.
    I constantly check the event announcement, but when I see the post of two event
    is still on Tuesday(3 day before) will I click in & take a look?
    Of course not, who know that you will just amend the day!!!:mad::mad::mad:

    It is completely ridiculous to start the events with one hour notice and still lots of problems for premium players not sorted out yet.

    Giving the premium compensation to non premium players instead of premium players is the cherry on top of this whole farce.

    Ridicoulous!!
    No preparation times, only short notice after all the trouble with the game and events. I am sure, the sales events will run smoothly, but the rest?
    Again seeds missing (from what I have read) for some players, others have the full set of starter seeds,
    Astronomical requirements for the neon stable event etc etc etc.
    Bugpoint must be ............. (I am not writing, what I think)

    OK, so.. my decision is made... no events any more, no money spending on any kind of sales (SG, SSG, PF,BB or whatsoever) (edit: and I will see, where my little flowerfarming is going. Last stop: finishing up with this ~edit~game)
    Not a cent from me any more!!

    Just ridicoulous!

    OK I'm dying here, I have to just LAUGH... my 2 farms did not get the premium COMPENSATION package... lol and both are premium paying farms.. LOLLLLL!!!
    We've got some real winners at BP, yep sure do. BWAHAHAHA!!!

    I'm feeling stupid because of my hurry. It was the first time when I prepared for me and my hubby 120 breeding (Premiums) and lost everything for both of us, I harvested before the system crush.

    Im sorry, disagree with me if you want, both the compensation packages are crap....Ive lost a healthy boost breeding buff and other buffs coz of BPs greed.
    What do we get in return absolutely nothing. Premium farmers are only getting 72 hours premium back is that a joke.

    no warning event was going to restart we should of had at least the weekend to get ready

    I will leave it there for now as its a family game
